"I had a relative who had been looking after my cats whenever I went overseas. Ever since he passed on, I have not travelled for 4 years as I couldn't find somebody I could trust to look after my beloved cats while I'm away. One day, my niece told me about Pawshake. I looked it up. After going through so many pet sitters' profiles, I finally took the plunge with Yiwen, whom I felt suited my needs.
We set up our 1st meeting at my home for Yiwen to meet my 4 adult cats, which 1 of the cat, Prince, is already 17 years old & I was worried for him as he only drinks through a syringe since kitten. Yiwen came & immediately I felt comfortable with her while introducing my 4 cats to her & letting her know the different habits & characters of my cats. 1 of my cats, Wang Wang, has OCD, while another senior cat, Sharpie, has mild CKD and needs to be fed Renal diet.
But after an hour or so, going through the caring process, Yiwen & I agreed with the arrangements to pet sit my cats during my absence for 17 days from Oct 24 to Nov 9, 2023.
It was the best decision I've made to engage Yiwen to look after my cats. She updated me every day & even took photos of them in which I felt at ease & comforted. On the 6th day, Yiwen let me know that Prince, the oldest, was not eating well & looking unwell. Immediately, I told her I'd contact my cat's Vet Doctor & made arrangements for her to bring Prince for doctor's consultation. She brought Prince to the veterinarian clinic & stayed with him. I was grateful & really appreciate what Yiwen had done on my behalf. I am so glad that Prince is OK after my return. Yiwen has looked after all my 4 cats well & loved them on my behalf while I was away for 17 days. She had even managed to take such candid & cute photos of my cats of which I will always treasure & remember.
I will not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who needs a house pet sitter & who is sceptical at first like me. Yiwen is trustworthy, and I would definitely engage her again to house sit my cats the next time I go overseas. Yiwen, thanks once again for giving me a stress free overseas trip. Really appreciate 🙏

"There is always the fear of unknown by having someone unfamiliar live in your home with your pets. Wen removed our jitters when we first met at introduction and gradually gave us the trust that actually having her live with our pets was the sure way to go instead of sending them for boarding. Having Wen look after our 3 babies was the best decision since we travel a lot for long periods at a time. For anyone unsure, buzz Wen as your 1st favourite nanny and house sitter. "

"We are a British family who engaged Wee to house-sit and look after our two ageing dogs - a somewhat grumpy, near blind and deaf Jack Russell, and our friendly Labrador cross - while we were away in the UK.
From the start, Wee was extremely pleasant and responsive in her communication as we discussed our needs and she visited our home to prepare for the handover. The subsequent handover went smoothly, and while we were away, Wee continued her helpful communication, sharing photos and videos of our dogs while we were away. Besides keeping our dogs fed, and happy, Wee also handled some parcel deliveries, watered our plants, and kept our home perfectly tidy.

"Engaged Cindy to house sit and my cats seemed relaxed under her care. I like it that she is patient with the lengthy and detailed guide I swarmed her on my cats’ feedings etc. One of my cats required medications just before I left for my trip and I’m so thankful that Cindy was up to the challenge! She also followed various instructions well. The only improvement I can think of is probably more daily pics and videos of my cats or her interactions with them, but I can also understand she was likely hands tight. Overall, very happy with her! Thank you Cindy!"

"Regan is a wonderful dog sitter. We needed someone to stay at our place while we were away for 1 week to take care of our dog. Doggie is a rescue Singapore Special; he is very fearful of strangers and has a lot of fear triggers. We left a lot of instructions for Regan, and we were afraid of being obnoxious/overbearing, but Regan was always so gracious and he readily complied with them all. Once our dog got to know Regan, he was so at ease around Regan that we were pleasantly surprised! He replied swiftly, communicated effectively and also took initiatives in some aspects that we did not require of him. We would wholeheartedly recommend him to any dog parents. "We hired Chelsea for one night to see how our cats did with her, and because we were anxious about the process - we have never left the cats with a pet/house sitter before and my 3 girls are skittish. Chelsea really eased my anxiety by communicating frequently and sending me lots of pictures and videos. She played soothing music for my anxious girl and seemed very gentle in her interactions with all of them. She also left the house clean. "We had Cynthia to house sit our 2 senior dogs for 4 nights. Her calm nature was felt by our Chihuahuas and they bonded with her almost immediately. Cynthia provided us with timely updates and sent us photos and videos of our pups daily. It gave us great relief to know that our kids were in good hands and well taken cared when we were away. She is punctual, accommodating, responsible and followed instructions well and was able to accommodate one of our special need senior dog with her medication on a daily basis. The state of our home was well kept when we returned too.

"I'll start this review by simply saying, I cannot recommended Ally highly enough! I know that's a statement I'll come to regret when she gets so popular that I'll never be able to book her again, but a fantastic job and deserves a great review.
My wife and I bought tickets to the Singapore GP months before we expected to get a pup. As the weekend drew nearer we were considering missing the race to take care of our new family member. Fortunately though, that's when I discovered pawshake and met Ally. After a brief meet N greet we felt confident in her ability to trust her with our little man, so we booked her and I have absolutely no regrets whatsoever. Ally was punctual, friendly, and loving towards our dog. Though it might feel odd to leave your home in the hands of someone you barely know, I can say from experience that Ally took such good care of our place that I feel comfortable enough to book her again without hesitation.
My wife and I loved her regular updates that kept us in the loop, and how she even managed to win over our dog who is naturally very suspicious of anyone new. Needless to say, Ally is going to be our first and only choice for any pet care bookings in the future. "

"Geraldine took care of our rescued cats, Cubi and Cleo. We're so glad she was able to keep up with Cubi, which is very hyperactive! She managed to play with him very long, ensuring he was content and well-exercised. She always updated us and sent pictures/videos of their playtime. She was also patient in taking care of our more reserved cat, Cleo even though Cleo kept hiding and wouldn't engage her. In the end, Cleo opened up a little bit to her which is a big milestone!

"Lydia & Cez stayed in our home and looked after our Dalmatian 'Buddy' over Christmas / New Years and we could not be happier with how it worked out. In a case of bad timing, only 2 days after we left, Buddy developed an urgent medical condition (bladder stones) that required immediate surgery and Cez & Lydia dealt with it brilliantly including several trips to the vet and ongoing support for Buddy as he recovered from the surgery over the following couple of weeks. It was clear when we arrived home that Buddy had become very attached to Cez and Lydia and had been very comfortable with them. They also did a great job of looking after our house. I would definitely recommend them and will be checking their availability first next time we are planning a trip."

"Alden was great at home-sitting with our dog. He was on time and his communication was excellent - he asked good questions and kept us updated often which was greatly appreciated. We had quite a few neighbors and friends comment that they bumped into him while he was walking our dog and they had only nice things to say - they complimented his polite demeanor and that he was very good with our dog and spoke to her with care and confidence. He was also great at accommodating any requests we had while he was sitting for us. Overall an excellent experience and hope to hire him again as our dog seems to really like him!"

"It was our first time engaging a cat sitter for our current set of cats, Lyra was very accommodating to our requests and the needs of the cats.
She remain in constant communication with us throughout the trip. Very patient with both the cats, especially the one with extra feeding requirement.

"Cathy took care of our wet nose fur baby, Milo, a golden retriever 3yrs old for 2.5 weeks and we are absolutely delighted with everything. She is an excellent communicator and made sure to ask when in doubt which made me feel safe and secure that our dog was in good hands.

"Kash was an amazing dog sitter to our 1 year old Shiba. We had him over for 18 nights while my husband and I were overseas. It was the first time being apart from our fur baby for so long but our holiday was completely worry-free as he would send regular updates. Kash’s experience with pets really showed. He had to administer some topical creams for Benji and did so with no difficulty. Benji really enjoyed Kash’s company on walks, at the dog park, and at home.
