They even created a group chat and kept updating me about everything his morning, day, and night walks, his eating time, his playtime, and how he was doing throughout the day.

"I couldn’t be happier with the care our dog received! From the moment we met, it was clear that they genuinely love animals and take their job seriously. Fern was reliable, communicative, and incredibly attentive to every detail of my dog’s routine.
I received daily updates—complete with photos and little notes—which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. Our dog looked so relaxed and happy in every picture, and when we returned and went to pick him up, it was obvious he’d been loved and well cared for.
Fern went above and beyond, even taking extra time for play, brushing, and entertaining my dog.

"Raymond is a fantastic pet sitter. I ‘m a newbie and didn’t know what to provide during my furbaby short stay but Raymond helped me with that. He sent updates throughout the stay that keep my nerves at bay and comfortable knowing my dog is in good hand. Having Sophie and the other dogs around was awesome too, as my puppy needs to socialize. "We had superb experience with Jessie from the time of our meet-up until the completion of my dog's boarding. During our meet-up, she took time to share her view of how my anxious dog would deal with other dogs and everything was spot on. We've seen with our own eyes how our dog managed --- as Jessie had predicted. Because of this positive experience, we knew that KB would be in good hands with Jessie and Sue. KB's stay was indeed a big improvement from her last boarding in another place. We believe she learned a lot from this recent stay --- thanks to Jessie and Sue for adjusting to KB's anxiety, doing their best to get KB to adjust well. "We had a wonderful boarding experience with Kyler. It was the first time sending our 5 month old Cavapoo Leah for dog boarding and we were very concerned. It turned out Leah had an awesome time and was very well taken care. Kyler sent over photos several times a day and we could see Leah was having a great time there. "Highly recommended! This was my first time booking with Dawn, and I chose her because of her vet tech experience, which really came in handy as she was savvy with my dog’s medical needs. Dawn was a 100% great communicator, she was frequent and regular with her updates, I never had to worry about my dog because of that. She was also very patient with my long list of notes regarding the quirks and preferences of my dog, and was always conscientious in making sure she understands them well. She responds really quickly as well on WhatsApp, which is key for me as I wanted to know that I can easily reach the person who’s taking care of my dog. I could also see my dog enjoying his stay at Dawn’s which was a relief for me! Overall, a very satisfied experience, highly recommended. "

"Thankful to have found a great sitter like Eugene! I had engaged him last minute but he was prompt in replying & arranged his schedule to accommodate my fur kids. He even offered pick up & drop off services and ensured the dogs settled in well and buckled in the car before moving off. He gave plenty of updates with pictures & videos over next few days at boarding. I could really tell my dogs enjoyed their time with Eugene so much so that they had wanted to jump back into his car when he handed them back to me 😅 Definitely a trusted, dedicated & responsible sitter! "Evelyn is patient with my 11yo dog. My dog is deaf and eyes abit weak. Required daily on eyes drops and changing of pampers 3-4 times. Evelyn has been assisting with all these and sending daily updates to ease my worry while I am away. Evelyn assisted with daily home cooked food for my dog. After discussing, she added some pumpkin soup for my dog to ease my dog in her pooping (My dog is old and has problem with pooping). Will definitely book her again if her slots are available next round. "

"Bhavna and her family took extremely good care of our dog Miles. You can clearly see that she cares deeply for animals and also has the experience to care for them. She takes dog boarding very seriously. She will ensure that she is always home with the dog she is boarding and they are not left alone. We have boarded Miles twice before and she is by far the best boarder. Miles is really attached to us, so was suprised at how fast he adjusted to his new surroundings and humans. Bhavana not only gave us super updates everyday, she also made very cute videos of Miles every day that we really enjoyed watching. We were happy to see that he got pampered with love, attention, cosy sleeping space, lots of play time, treats and even coconut oil massages (that we requested for his skin). He really got a fun vacation for the 9 days we were away. I would definitely recommend Bhavna to anyone seeking a kind and diligent sitter for their pup. "
