"Erica was great in helping me take care of my dog, Monroe, when I was away on vacation for 5D4N. Monroe is a nervous dog who takes time to warm up to people, but Erica was able to make him feel very comfortable around her. He even had zoomies in the house! Erica also sent me communications throughout the day with pictures, videos, and notes of how Monroe was doing, so I never had to worry about him throughout my vacation. Erica also kept the home very neat and clean and vacuumed the home every day as Monroe sheds quite a bit. I will definitely rebook with Erica again during my next vacation if she is available. Thanks Erica!"

"We couldn't be happier with Nina's cat-sitting services! She took care of our two cats for and stayed in our flat. "Dawn has genuinely been one of the best cat sitters I’ve had. She provides incredibly detailed updates, often several times a day, which any anxious helicopter cat parent will appreciate! She goes above and beyond with the little things too — even sending photos to confirm that the air-conditioning has been left on or that particular doors have been closed — and follows instructions to a T.
When my cat unexpectedly stopped eating her wet food while I was away, Dawn went to great lengths to troubleshoot the issue and make sure she was eating properly again, which gave me enormous peace of mind. Most importantly, Dawn is a genuine cat lover who really understands and enjoys being around cats, rather than someone who primarily looks after dogs and happens to cat-sit on the side. I felt completely comfortable leaving my cat in her care and would highly recommend her to any fellow cat parent."

"Kash was an amazing dog sitter to our 1 year old Shiba. We had him over for 18 nights while my husband and I were overseas. It was the first time being apart from our fur baby for so long but our holiday was completely worry-free as he would send regular updates. Kash’s experience with pets really showed. He had to administer some topical creams for Benji and did so with no difficulty. Benji really enjoyed Kash’s company on walks, at the dog park, and at home.
The house was also really well taken care of, we came back to a clean apartment and a happy dog (who might not have missed us so much cuz he had so much fun with Kash). Without a doubt, we’ve found our go to dog sitter for Benji ☺️ 200% would recommend! "

"As usual I was extremely apprehensive about leaving my cats whilst gone. I already knew a while beforehand that I'd be gone for quite sometime so I contacted Nicole in advance. I was most impressed in her profile that she had taken care of multiple cats before - which is why I reached out to her..
As anyone who has done this or has multiple cats, will know that this is usually much more complex than having just 1 or even 2. Because of the dynamics of my lot, it meant that I needed someone who was patient and able manage this.
Shortly before I left, my lot suddenly had some territorial issues that I had started to resolve through starting a reintroduction but it was not yet at it's best but I had run out of time before I went. There were still some big and unpredictable tensions between them at times. I had asked Nicole to come over a couple of times before because I had needed some time to try til the very last minute to figure it all out and then share with her, what the state was when I left. She was more than willing to come over to hear the latest developments which I was really grateful for. I needed to have as much time as possible to work things out and she was very kind in doing so. She was also very reassuring that she would be OK if things got challenging at all. She wouldn't give up or leave me in the lurch - which would have been really hard to deal with as my trip away was v important.
My husband was not yet travelling and would be taking care of them for a time before joining me abroad. Out of nowhere he became very sick and unable to cope with taking care of my cats and then returning to work (still quite unwell).
I contacted Nicole (and Emily by this point) and asked if they could help out a little earlier - which they agreed to do. This was a lifesaver and they were very understanding the helpful. Without this, things would have also been very difficult for myself, by husband and the cats!
Over the course of the entire care taking they were great. I felt pretty relaxed (as much as I could think I could be myself) with Nicole and Emily taking care of them. 3 cats is not easy and my complex systems and work arounds meant they had to learn a lot, be flexible and some what proactive when things did not happen as we might hope. I could go on for a long time here but I won't.
Here's whatI really appreciated about them taking care of my fur-kids (In no particular order):
- I myself have been at a point when I needed to give up with some of the cat issues I have had in the past - but because they are my cats, I couldn't but I am not sure how others would feel about my cats. But at no point did it feel that I would be left in the lurch by these ladies.
- They observed and managed 3 not very predictable cats.
- They did their best to learn and adhere my rather complex cat management/home systems - often having to improvise based on the emo cats states.
- They took great care of my cats and gave them lots of love (including doing their best to ensure each one ate their meals, not always easy in a multi-cat home, cleaning up sick, plus all the other usual cat care taking duties, x 3).
- They helped out earlier when we were in a bit of a spot because of my husbands illness and work.
- They did some cleaning and vacuuming to help ensure that the place did not go into complete ruin whilst I was away.
- I received regular, timely updates.
In short, I would highly recommend Emily and Nicole. I hope they will be willing to take care of my cats again. It would really help so I can go away for slightly longer than a few days at a time, more regularly then every 5 years! I hope this review does not make them so busy that they do not have time to take care of my lot any more.

"Second time engaging Daniel and I couldn't have been happier! This time he had an anxious dog, a skittish foster guinea pig and a free roaming guinea pig to deal with...and he handled them all beautifully. I'd chosen the house sitting option this time given the anxiety of two of the three animals and he actually managed to get them out of their shell in just a short period of time! "We had such a wonderful experience with Christopher! From the start, he brought such warm and positive energy into our home and was incredibly accommodating with my whole family.
What stood out most was how genuinely engaging and loving he was with Seven. You can immediately tell that Christopher truly loves dogs and enjoys spending time with them. I casually mentioned that Seven absolutely loves going on long walks, and Christopher took him on longer walks simply because he knew it would make Seven happy. 🥹 It was really sweet to see how much attention and affection he gave him.
He was also so kind and patient with my very talkative grandma 😂 and made the effort to engage with her rather than just focusing on Seven. He fit into our slightly chaotic family home so naturally and was always friendly, respectful and accommodating.
He sent us so many videos and photos of Seven, knowing we would miss him. And was actively taking note of Seven's behaviour to understand him better.
Christopher is genuinely such good vibes, and most importantly, I felt completely comfortable knowing Seven was with someone who actually cared about him and enjoyed being around him. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for someone kind, trustworthy and genuinely great with dogs! "

"Cheryl was extremely patient throughout the process. She came over for a meet up before the day of sitting our six month old Golden Retriever puppy. Since we were away, she spoke with us over video call and came across as polite and warm. On the day she was sharing regular updates about our puppy's schedule. We were completely stress free despite being away, since we were confident our puppy was in responsible hands. We could tell from the videos, that she quite enjoyed spending the day with Cheryl. We were lucky to find Cheryl available when we needed sitting for our puppy and will definitely reach out to Cheryl the next time!"

"Melissa was an excellent choice, and we are truly grateful that we found her.
Our little dog has separation anxiety, so the first 24 hours were quite challenging. She cried a lot and only wanted us by her side. Even so, Melissa was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding throughout the entire experience, taking care of her with genuine love and dedication.
One of the things we appreciated the most was how thoughtful Melissa was in keeping us updated. She regularly sent us messages about how our baby was doing, which gave us so much peace of mind, comfort, and confidence while we were away.
From the second day on, our little girl started to get closer to Melissa and gradually became more comfortable and trusting. It was wonderful to see that progress. The most important thing for us was knowing that she was eating well, receiving plenty of love and attention, and being cared for by someone who truly loves dogs.
We will definitely continue using Melissa’s services. We are confident that with each stay, our baby will become even more comfortable and confident with her. This was the very first time she stayed at home with a pet sitter, so we believe it was an incredibly positive first experience.
