"Syahirah was amazing while looking after my cat, Betty. She always kept me updated with photos and videos which made me feel really comfortable while I was away. Betty was well fed, happy, and settled in so quickly at her place. Her place was clean, tidy and a great environment for Betty. "Yiping took very good care of my senior dogs and guinea pigs, even through their exhausting medical issues. She communicated well and followed whatever advice was given. Really appreciate the amount of care she gave them! Also treated the house very well, came back to it nicely cleaned up. "

"I chose Jiaying to do housesitting for my 2 cats during my 1 week holiday. And it was the best decision I have made for my cats. She did a meet and greet to meet me and the cats first. She’s a friendly girl and I can see that she loves cats. One of my cats immediately warmed up to her which was heartwarming. She followed my instructions on taking care of the cats and gives me ample updates (photos and videos) during my trip. She also helps to take care of my home. She kept the house neat and tidy while taking care of the cats. The cats adore her. How do I know? The cats slept with her at nights, either on the bed with her or just being in the same room as her.
I would highly recommend her for any cat sitting or house sitting of your pets! Thank you Jiaying for helping me look after my Myo and Simba. Will definitely look for you to house sit again for my future trips. "

"Jason was really nice! My cat loved the experience and really likes him, so I'll definitely book again if I'm going on a holiday.
1. Jason came over beforehand to meet my cat, and my cat took to him from the start.
2. I received many updates - both photos and videos - while I was on my trip, so I could still look at my cat when I missed him.
3. He went above and beyond and found many ways to provide enrichment and play to my cat, even when there weren't many options available in my home.
I get very anxious about leaving my cat, but on this trip, I didn't have to worry about my cat at all. He was a pampered prince while Jason was here."

"Erica was great in helping me take care of my dog, Monroe, when I was away on vacation for 5D4N. Monroe is a nervous dog who takes time to warm up to people, but Erica was able to make him feel very comfortable around her. He even had zoomies in the house! Erica also sent me communications throughout the day with pictures, videos, and notes of how Monroe was doing, so I never had to worry about him throughout my vacation. Erica also kept the home very neat and clean and vacuumed the home every day as Monroe sheds quite a bit. I will definitely rebook with Erica again during my next vacation if she is available.
