"For anyone who’s looking for a committed, easy-going and reliable sitter- look no further! Trixie is one of the best on this platform.
Before coming across Trixie’s profile I had communicated with another sitter who cancelled us a week before our trip. So, to say Trixie was god-sent is an understatement. I was able to keep Trixie up to speed relatively quick and she understood our requests for overnight booking (for 8 fussy cats!!) so hats off to her.
Trixie initiated a group chat to communicate updates on our cats well-being for the 2 nights she’ll be staying over. I can attest she went above and beynd for our furry-bullies who unfortunately put Trixie to a lot of work (cleaning vomit and poop outside of litter tray!!), to which she met up to the task every single time.
Caring for 8 notti fussies is a lot considering Trixie does not have any pets of her own but she was able to prioritise each cat’s antics and provided a safe space for all of them. The cats truly felt way too comfortable with her and I have no doubt in my mind Trixie will care for your needy kitties too if you’re looking for an ideal petsitter.
Would we book Trixie again? A hundred percent if Trixie would have us! I am saving her contact forever and recommending to friends and family should they require pet-sitting services.

"I wish I could give Shamieraah 200 stars! From start to finish, she has been nothing short of absolutely wonderful. We were nervous leaving our small dog while going on vacation, but Shamieraah made sure to send us videos and pictures and gave us updates every day consistently. "Engaged Cindy to house sit and my cats seemed relaxed under her care. I like it that she is patient with the lengthy and detailed guide I swarmed her on my cats’ feedings etc. One of my cats required medications just before I left for my trip and I’m so thankful that Cindy was up to the challenge! She also followed various instructions well. The only improvement I can think of is probably more daily pics and videos of my cats or her interactions with them, but I can also understand she was likely hands tight. Overall, very happy with her! Thank you Cindy!"

"Annabelle took care of our dogs and cat for a week while we were traveling. She sent daily photos, videos, and updates. She was also great about giving my big dog his allergy meds and probiotics, and putting shoes and socks on him to go outside. She even succeeded in getting our very independent cat to be somewhat social. Would highly recommend her as a pet sitter. "

"I had a relative who had been looking after my cats whenever I went overseas. Ever since he passed on, I have not travelled for 4 years as I couldn't find somebody I could trust to look after my beloved cats while I'm away. One day, my niece told me about Pawshake. I looked it up. After going through so many pet sitters' profiles, I finally took the plunge with Yiwen, whom I felt suited my needs.
We set up our 1st meeting at my home for Yiwen to meet my 4 adult cats, which 1 of the cat, Prince, is already 17 years old & I was worried for him as he only drinks through a syringe since kitten. Yiwen came & immediately I felt comfortable with her while introducing my 4 cats to her & letting her know the different habits & characters of my cats. 1 of my cats, Wang Wang, has OCD, while another senior cat, Sharpie, has mild CKD and needs to be fed Renal diet.
But after an hour or so, going through the caring process, Yiwen & I agreed with the arrangements to pet sit my cats during my absence for 17 days from Oct 24 to Nov 9, 2023.
It was the best decision I've made to engage Yiwen to look after my cats. She updated me every day & even took photos of them in which I felt at ease & comforted. On the 6th day, Yiwen let me know that Prince, the oldest, was not eating well & looking unwell. Immediately, I told her I'd contact my cat's Vet Doctor & made arrangements for her to bring Prince for doctor's consultation. She brought Prince to the veterinarian clinic & stayed with him. I was grateful & really appreciate what Yiwen had done on my behalf. I am so glad that Prince is OK after my return. Yiwen has looked after all my 4 cats well & loved them on my behalf while I was away for 17 days. She had even managed to take such candid & cute photos of my cats of which I will always treasure & remember.
I will not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who needs a house pet sitter & who is sceptical at first like me. Yiwen is trustworthy, and I would definitely engage her again to house sit my cats the next time I go overseas. Yiwen, thanks once again for giving me a stress free overseas trip. Really appreciate 🙏

"Jia stayed at our house for 3 weeks. She took great care of our 19 years old cat, plants, bread starter, kefir grains and even a car! She asked questions and shared what was happening - being in communication, no matter what, is very important to me.
She was wonderful and I will not hesitate to book her services again."

"We could not have wished for a better experience. She did everything for our dogs. She was with them for a week and a half, and our dogs definitely were sad to see her go. When anything came up, she was right there taking care of it (had an unplanned vet visit in the middle). She kept in constant communication and we always knew how our dogs were doing.

"Cheryl was extremely patient throughout the process. She came over for a meet up before the day of sitting our six month old Golden Retriever puppy. Since we were away, she spoke with us over video call and came across as polite and warm. On the day she was sharing regular updates about our puppy's schedule. We were completely stress free despite being away, since we were confident our puppy was in responsible hands. We could tell from the videos, that she quite enjoyed spending the day with Cheryl. We were lucky to find Cheryl available when we needed sitting for our puppy and will definitely reach out to Cheryl the next time!"

"We had to leave our 2 pets for the weekend. As our dog is still a puppy (4mo), we were really worried about letting him with a petsitter. But Wayne is a great person, we had regular updates and photos/videos. We can see he has a lot of experience. "This was my first time using a petsitter and Sandra was absolutely fantastic. She was very easy to communicate with, relaxed and attentive to detail. She made our Golden Retriever Meiji feel relaxed and happy. We got home to a very settled and happy dog.
