"This was my first booking on the app and I'm really amazed by how well it went! My baby loved the experience (she was so happy) and I received constant updates via photos and videos. Honestly, I'm a first time pawrent so I have limited experience and I really appreciate how Harriet went above and beyond to take care of my baby and explained how certain things could be done better (e.g. DIY snuffles and more frequent walks). What mattered most was my baby's reaction at the end of the day - pure happiness and love! 100% would book again :) TQ Harriet we wuv u 💕"

"I had an amazing experience with Ai Tong as my cat sitter.
She is truly a person with a kind heart and a deep understanding of cats. My cat Tiger has always been very shy and afraid of strangers, but slowly, he started to see her as a member of our home. That meant so much to me.
Every day, she updated me with several photos and videos, showing me that Tiger had eaten, played, and was doing well. She kept my home extremely clean — she vacuumed, changed the litter, refreshed the water, and even helped water my plants.
One thing that really touched me was when she found a bouquet of fresh flowers at my home. Instead of throwing it away, she turned it into dried flowers because she felt it was too precious to waste. That gesture meant a lot to me.
She also noticed the ant problem in my kitchen, something I’ve been very stressed about, and she even brought over some ant repellent from her own home to help me solve it. She didn’t have to do that, but she did — because she genuinely cares.
As a cat owner herself with two adopted cats, she is extremely knowledgeable about cat behavior. She even recommended healthier food and treats for Tiger, and taught me a few useful tips.
When I walked through my door after my trip, the whole home felt clean, peaceful, and well taken care of.
Thanks to Ai Tong, I was finally able to travel peacefully after many years of being afraid to leave my cat behind. She is responsible, caring, trustworthy, and absolutely wonderful with pets.
I’m so grateful to have found her.

"I chose Jiaying to do housesitting for my 2 cats during my 1 week holiday. And it was the best decision I have made for my cats. She did a meet and greet to meet me and the cats first. She’s a friendly girl and I can see that she loves cats. One of my cats immediately warmed up to her which was heartwarming. She followed my instructions on taking care of the cats and gives me ample updates (photos and videos) during my trip. She also helps to take care of my home. She kept the house neat and tidy while taking care of the cats. The cats adore her. How do I know? The cats slept with her at nights, either on the bed with her or just being in the same room as her.
I would highly recommend her for any cat sitting or house sitting of your pets! Thank you Jiaying for helping me look after my Myo and Simba. Will definitely look for you to house sit again for my future trips. "

"This being the first time we were going overseas since getting our cat, Bernie was very clear and meticulous in her introduction and explanation of what house sitting entailed. We truly appreciate her initiative in asking questions about our cat to ensure she understood her habits and quirks since every pet is different!
On the day of the house sitting, she came by early to be further acquainted with everything. Throughout, she also shared prompt updates on our cat’s litter habits, appetite, water intake, activity level etc.
On the day we were to return, she was kind enough to stay on longer to accompany our cat and encourage her to eat more as our flight was a night flight.
When we returned, the house was tidy and clean too, and our cat was happy, confident and playful - no change whatsoever from her usual behaviour despite our absence!
We truly appreciate Bernie’s thoughtful care of our cat, and have already asked her to visit again when we are away on a day trip!
We would certainly recommend her to our friends who are pet owners too :)"

"Eileen took wonderful care of my two Yorkshire Terriers, Fatty and Lucky, and I couldn’t be more grateful. She looked after them for a full week at my home, and also did 1-hour visits over 3 days.
Throughout the entire time, she was responsible, attentive, and clearly very experienced with dogs. Fatty and Lucky were comfortable and happy under her care, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. I really appreciated how reliable and consistent she was, and it was obvious she genuinely cares for the pets she looks after.
I would highly recommend Eileen to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dogsitter. I’ll definitely be happy to have her look after Fatty and Lucky again in the future!

"I recently hired Sarah to care for my two cats, Mew Mew and Sesame, for a full week, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! From our initial meeting to the daily updates, she demonstrated professionalism, care, and a genuine love for animals.
Communication: Sarah was fantastic in keeping me updated throughout the week. She sent daily photos and messages, which reassured me that my cats were happy and well taken care of.

"Regan is a wonderful dog sitter. We needed someone to stay at our place while we were away for 1 week to take care of our dog. Doggie is a rescue Singapore Special; he is very fearful of strangers and has a lot of fear triggers. We left a lot of instructions for Regan, and we were afraid of being obnoxious/overbearing, but Regan was always so gracious and he readily complied with them all. Once our dog got to know Regan, he was so at ease around Regan that we were pleasantly surprised! He replied swiftly, communicated effectively and also took initiatives in some aspects that we did not require of him. We would wholeheartedly recommend him to any dog parents.
