"It was our first time using Pawshake, so we were quite nervous but Emily completely put us at ease. She took such wonderful care of both our dog and cat. Our dog usually struggles with separation anxiety when we leave, but he didn’t cry or whine at all in her care. She kept us updated with regular photos and videos, which we really appreciated, and it was clear our pets were happy and comfortable. Emily is honest, meticulous, and incredibly warm. She also left our home clean and tidy, which we’re so grateful for. We would 100% book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter."

"Jason was really nice! My cat loved the experience and really likes him, so I'll definitely book again if I'm going on a holiday. 1. Jason came over beforehand to meet my cat, and my cat took to him from the start. 2. I received many updates - both photos and videos - while I was on my trip, so I could still look at my cat when I missed him. 3. He went above and beyond and found many ways to provide enrichment and play to my cat, even when there weren't many options available in my home. I get very anxious about leaving my cat, but on this trip, I didn't have to worry about my cat at all. He was a pampered prince while Jason was here."

"Erica was great in helping me take care of my dog, Monroe, when I was away on vacation for 5D4N. Monroe is a nervous dog who takes time to warm up to people, but Erica was able to make him feel very comfortable around her. He even had zoomies in the house! Erica also sent me communications throughout the day with pictures, videos, and notes of how Monroe was doing, so I never had to worry about him throughout my vacation. Erica also kept the home very neat and clean and vacuumed the home every day as Monroe sheds quite a bit. I will definitely rebook with Erica again during my next vacation if she is available. "Kash was an amazing dog sitter to our 1 year old Shiba. We had him over for 18 nights while my husband and I were overseas. It was the first time being apart from our fur baby for so long but our holiday was completely worry-free as he would send regular updates. Kash’s experience with pets really showed. He had to administer some topical creams for Benji and did so with no difficulty. Benji really enjoyed Kash’s company on walks, at the dog park, and at home. The house was also really well taken care of, we came back to a clean apartment and a happy dog (who might not have missed us so much cuz he had so much fun with Kash). Without a doubt, we’ve found our go to dog sitter for Benji ☺️ 200% would recommend! "
