"It was our first time using Pawshake, so we were quite nervous but Emily completely put us at ease. She took such wonderful care of both our dog and cat. Our dog usually struggles with separation anxiety when we leave, but he didn’t cry or whine at all in her care.
She kept us updated with regular photos and videos, which we really appreciated, and it was clear our pets were happy and comfortable. Emily is honest, meticulous, and incredibly warm. She also left our home clean and tidy, which we’re so grateful for.
We would 100% book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter."

"For anyone who’s looking for a committed, easy-going and reliable sitter- look no further! Trixie is one of the best on this platform.
Before coming across Trixie’s profile I had communicated with another sitter who cancelled us a week before our trip. So, to say Trixie was god-sent is an understatement. I was able to keep Trixie up to speed relatively quick and she understood our requests for overnight booking (for 8 fussy cats!!) so hats off to her.
Trixie initiated a group chat to communicate updates on our cats well-being for the 2 nights she’ll be staying over. I can attest she went above and beynd for our furry-bullies who unfortunately put Trixie to a lot of work (cleaning vomit and poop outside of litter tray!!), to which she met up to the task every single time.
Caring for 8 notti fussies is a lot considering Trixie does not have any pets of her own but she was able to prioritise each cat’s antics and provided a safe space for all of them. The cats truly felt way too comfortable with her and I have no doubt in my mind Trixie will care for your needy kitties too if you’re looking for an ideal petsitter.
Would we book Trixie again? A hundred percent if Trixie would have us! I am saving her contact forever and recommending to friends and family should they require pet-sitting services.

"Sha is responsible and trust worthy. We engaged her for 10 days to take care of our 3 fur kids (2 cats 1 dog). She ensure that they were well fed and played with them. She will help in keeping the house clean and tidy too. Highly recommended for pets owner who need a competent pet sitter. "

"Jason was really nice! My cat loved the experience and really likes him, so I'll definitely book again if I'm going on a holiday.
1. Jason came over beforehand to meet my cat, and my cat took to him from the start.
2. I received many updates - both photos and videos - while I was on my trip, so I could still look at my cat when I missed him.
3. He went above and beyond and found many ways to provide enrichment and play to my cat, even when there weren't many options available in my home.
I get very anxious about leaving my cat, but on this trip, I didn't have to worry about my cat at all. He was a pampered prince while Jason was here."

"Joel looked after my dogs for 8 nights and did a great job. He was very responsive throughout, kept me updated with regular photos and videos, and shared detailed updates on how they were doing each day.

"Erica was great in helping me take care of my dog, Monroe, when I was away on vacation for 5D4N. Monroe is a nervous dog who takes time to warm up to people, but Erica was able to make him feel very comfortable around her. He even had zoomies in the house! Erica also sent me communications throughout the day with pictures, videos, and notes of how Monroe was doing, so I never had to worry about him throughout my vacation. Erica also kept the home very neat and clean and vacuumed the home every day as Monroe sheds quite a bit. I will definitely rebook with Erica again during my next vacation if she is available. "Kash was an amazing dog sitter to our 1 year old Shiba. We had him over for 18 nights while my husband and I were overseas. It was the first time being apart from our fur baby for so long but our holiday was completely worry-free as he would send regular updates. Kash’s experience with pets really showed. He had to administer some topical creams for Benji and did so with no difficulty. Benji really enjoyed Kash’s company on walks, at the dog park, and at home.
The house was also really well taken care of, we came back to a clean apartment and a happy dog (who might not have missed us so much cuz he had so much fun with Kash). Without a doubt, we’ve found our go to dog sitter for Benji ☺️ 200% would recommend! "

"Second time engaging Daniel and I couldn't have been happier! This time he had an anxious dog, a skittish foster guinea pig and a free roaming guinea pig to deal with...and he handled them all beautifully. I'd chosen the house sitting option this time given the anxiety of two of the three animals and he actually managed to get them out of their shell in just a short period of time!
