My Dog, due to his past, may be slightly challenging to handle; however, Ami due to her experience was able to deal with him without any incident. All in all, a pleasant experience. "Erica was great in helping me take care of my dog, Monroe, when I was away on vacation for 5D4N. Monroe is a nervous dog who takes time to warm up to people, but Erica was able to make him feel very comfortable around her. He even had zoomies in the house! Erica also sent me communications throughout the day with pictures, videos, and notes of how Monroe was doing, so I never had to worry about him throughout my vacation. Erica also kept the home very neat and clean and vacuumed the home every day as Monroe sheds quite a bit. I will definitely rebook with Erica again during my next vacation if she is available. Thanks Erica!"

"This was my first time using a petsitter and Sandra was absolutely fantastic. She was very easy to communicate with, relaxed and attentive to detail. She made our Golden Retriever Meiji feel relaxed and happy. We got home to a very settled and happy dog.

"Cathy took care of our wet nose fur baby, Milo, a golden retriever 3yrs old for 2.5 weeks and we are absolutely delighted with everything. She is an excellent communicator and made sure to ask when in doubt which made me feel safe and secure that our dog was in good hands.
She also made sure to socialize Milo with other dogs and took her out and about after getting confirmation from us to give Milo great days with fun and interaction.

"It was my first time engaging a dogsitter for my Frenchie and Wayne was great! I was looking for a dogsitter to watch Benji during my wedding dinner (at the venue). Another dogsitter double-booked me with another customer and I was frantic to find an alternative, but Wayne was so communicative that it put my nerves at ease.

"Shameel is what I term as heaven sent! Zoya took an immediate liking to her and she was extremely kind and thoughtful in how she looked after her for 6 days. Shameel is patient given that Zoya can be rather set in her ways at times. Given that Zoya is usually is quite a down mood in the first 2 days when we are away, Shameel was observant enough and realised that she just needed to give Zoya her space and let her become her exuberant self again. She spent time playing with her and also let her sleep with her so that she would not be too upset. She sent me updates including videos and photos and that helped me cope with missing Zoya. I would definitely hope Shameel is available to look after Zoya the next time we are away. "
