"Erica was great in helping me take care of my dog, Monroe, when I was away on vacation for 5D4N. Monroe is a nervous dog who takes time to warm up to people, but Erica was able to make him feel very comfortable around her. He even had zoomies in the house! Erica also sent me communications throughout the day with pictures, videos, and notes of how Monroe was doing, so I never had to worry about him throughout my vacation. Erica also kept the home very neat and clean and vacuumed the home every day as Monroe sheds quite a bit. I will definitely rebook with Erica again during my next vacation if she is available. Thanks Erica!"

"We wish we could give Lings more than five stars. She has always been the first person we turn to whenever we’re away, and this time we were fortunate enough to have her house-sit and take care of our little KoKo.
KoKo has to take several medications every day, and Lings handled every dose with incredible care and patience. More importantly, she made KoKo feel completely safe, comfortable, and loved, as if he were with us the entire time.
Knowing that KoKo was in such caring and capable hands gave us complete peace of mind throughout our trip. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter, and we wholeheartedly recommend Lings to anyone looking for someone who will care for their pet as if it were her own. Thank you so much, Lings! "It was our first time engaging a cat sitter for our current set of cats, Lyra was very accommodating to our requests and the needs of the cats.
She remain in constant communication with us throughout the trip. Very patient with both the cats, especially the one with extra feeding requirement.
Most importantly Lyra took the effort to monitor the cat and fine tune along the way to ensure the cats get their meals and are well cared for during our trip.

"It was my first time engaging a dogsitter for my Frenchie and Wayne was great! I was looking for a dogsitter to watch Benji during my wedding dinner (at the venue). Another dogsitter double-booked me with another customer and I was frantic to find an alternative, but Wayne was so communicative that it put my nerves at ease.

"Shameel is what I term as heaven sent! Zoya took an immediate liking to her and she was extremely kind and thoughtful in how she looked after her for 6 days. Shameel is patient given that Zoya can be rather set in her ways at times. Given that Zoya is usually is quite a down mood in the first 2 days when we are away, Shameel was observant enough and realised that she just needed to give Zoya her space and let her become her exuberant self again. She spent time playing with her and also let her sleep with her so that she would not be too upset. She sent me updates including videos and photos and that helped me cope with missing Zoya. I would definitely hope Shameel is available to look after Zoya the next time we are away. "

"Vanessa took wonderful care of our cat Angel while we were away for a long weekend. Communication was excellent throughout, and we received regular updates and photos, which gave us great peace of mind.
She also left the apartment very tidy, which we greatly appreciated.
When we returned home, Angel was happy, relaxed, and clearly very well looked after. It was obvious that Vanessa made sure she was comfortable and well cared for in our absence.
We are very grateful for her help and would not hesitate to book with her again. Highly recommended!"

"We have a: anxious, easily stressed, previously traumatized rescue kitty who also is on daily medication and supplements. This kitty has not been able to bond with any other sitters. But Andrea and Matthew did it!! We have never seen her so calm and happy with new people, and the regular updates also keep us calm and happy too haha. Our house was left immaculate.
