"Ying was absolutely great with our 3 month old Golden Retriever Skye. We wanted to go out to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and since Skye was not fully vaccinated yet, we were searching for someone caring and responsible to sit Skye for the day. We were lucky to have met Ying. From the beginning, Ying was thoughtful and communicated very clearly. She made sure she meets us and our pet first before sitting, which was good to know since we were convinced we will be leaving Skye with someone thoughtful. Ying made sure she understood Skye’s routine so there were minimum surprises. Through the day, Ying was in touch to update us of Skye’s activities and we came back to one very happy puppy. Although Skye was so small and almost completely untrained, we were not stressed at all due to Ying’s calm and caring approach. Will always check Ying’s availability first whenever we need sitting for Skye and will love to work with her again 🙂."
