From the very start, her comms were clear and thoughtful, and she made sure we were fully aligned on the handover process before/after the booking. During the petsitting period, she sent clean, structured daily updates (photos, videos, plus a short bullet-point summary), which struck the perfect balance â I felt completely reassured and never once felt the need to check my pet cam.
Sheâs also incredibly patient and attentive. One of my cats is quite fussy at mealtimes, and she was always gentle, creative, and persistent in coaxing him to eat. He also has a history of urinary issues, and she took extra care to monitor his water intake and overall wellbeing, which I deeply appreciated.

"This was my first booking on the app and I'm really amazed by how well it went! My baby loved the experience (she was so happy) and I received constant updates via photos and videos. Honestly, I'm a first time pawrent so I have limited experience and I really appreciate how Harriet went above and beyond to take care of my baby and explained how certain things could be done better (e.g. DIY snuffles and more frequent walks). What mattered most was my baby's reaction at the end of the day - pure happiness and love! 100% would book again :) TQ Harriet we wuv u đ"

"5 stars all the way for Amelia! She is so friendly and was extremely responsive from start to finish. She sent plenty of pics of our pup throughout the trip to keep us updated. We used her housesitting services and she kept everything in perfect condition. Our dog was on medication during our trip which required some extra attention and Amelia was so responsible taking care of him. He loved having her take care of him. We recommend Amelia if you're looking for a sitter!"

"Danisha was a fantastic house/catsitter. Our cats, Onyx and Benji, took to her right away during our first meeting. Danisha made sure we covered all areas for the house sit/cat sit and we really appreciated her seeking clarification where needed because it showed her commitment to thoroughly taking care of the cats whilst we were away. During our trip, we received daily updates which were so lovely to see. We could enjoy our short trip aways knowing that we would not have to worry about Onyx and Benji as they were in fantastic hands. The pictures showed that Onyx and Benji were very happy and relaxed. "Racheal provided wonderful care for my 16-year-old dog during an 8-hour daycare session. A few days before the booking, she took the time to come over for a thorough briefingâand it was so convenient that she lives just across from my block! She arrived right on time on the day itself, and kept me happily updated throughout with photos and little notes about what my dog was up to. Her communication was excellent from start to finish. As this was my first time hiring a pet-sitter, I was a little nervous but Racheal made me feel completely at ease while I was away. This was a good experience."
