"We are a British family who engaged Wee to house-sit and look after our two ageing dogs - a somewhat grumpy, near blind and deaf Jack Russell, and our friendly Labrador cross - while we were away in the UK.
From the start, Wee was extremely pleasant and responsive in her communication as we discussed our needs and she visited our home to prepare for the handover. The subsequent handover went smoothly, and while we were away, Wee continued her helpful communication, sharing photos and videos of our dogs while we were away. Besides keeping our dogs fed, and happy, Wee also handled some parcel deliveries, watered our plants, and kept our home perfectly tidy.
It was a very pleasant, trouble-free experience, and so we'd have no hesitation in recommending Wee to anyone needing a house or dog sitter, or engaging Wee again ourselves. "

"Ami took care of my Dog, Lucky, for a few days when I was away. She is a confident pet sitter and is proactive in her communication. My Dog, due to his past, may be slightly challenging to handle; however, Ami due to her experience was able to deal with him without any incident. All in all, a pleasant experience. "We could not have wished for a better experience. She did everything for our dogs. She was with them for a week and a half, and our dogs definitely were sad to see her go. When anything came up, she was right there taking care of it (had an unplanned vet visit in the middle). She kept in constant communication and we always knew how our dogs were doing.
Stop scrolling, stop hunting - you’ve found the best person on here…no go book her and rest easy knowing your pets will be happy and loved."

"This was my first time using a petsitter and Sandra was absolutely fantastic. She was very easy to communicate with, relaxed and attentive to detail. She made our Golden Retriever Meiji feel relaxed and happy. We got home to a very settled and happy dog.

"It was our first time engaging a cat sitter for our current set of cats, Lyra was very accommodating to our requests and the needs of the cats.
She remain in constant communication with us throughout the trip. Very patient with both the cats, especially the one with extra feeding requirement.

"Cheryl was extremely patient throughout the process. She came over for a meet up before the day of sitting our six month old Golden Retriever puppy. Since we were away, she spoke with us over video call and came across as polite and warm. On the day she was sharing regular updates about our puppy's schedule. We were completely stress free despite being away, since we were confident our puppy was in responsible hands. We could tell from the videos, that she quite enjoyed spending the day with Cheryl. We were lucky to find Cheryl available when we needed sitting for our puppy and will definitely reach out to Cheryl the next time!"

"As usual I was extremely apprehensive about leaving my cats whilst gone. I already knew a while beforehand that I'd be gone for quite sometime so I contacted Nicole in advance. I was most impressed in her profile that she had taken care of multiple cats before - which is why I reached out to her..
As anyone who has done this or has multiple cats, will know that this is usually much more complex than having just 1 or even 2. Because of the dynamics of my lot, it meant that I needed someone who was patient and able manage this.
Shortly before I left, my lot suddenly had some territorial issues that I had started to resolve through starting a reintroduction but it was not yet at it's best but I had run out of time before I went. There were still some big and unpredictable tensions between them at times. I had asked Nicole to come over a couple of times before because I had needed some time to try til the very last minute to figure it all out and then share with her, what the state was when I left. She was more than willing to come over to hear the latest developments which I was really grateful for. I needed to have as much time as possible to work things out and she was very kind in doing so. She was also very reassuring that she would be OK if things got challenging at all. She wouldn't give up or leave me in the lurch - which would have been really hard to deal with as my trip away was v important.
My husband was not yet travelling and would be taking care of them for a time before joining me abroad. Out of nowhere he became very sick and unable to cope with taking care of my cats and then returning to work (still quite unwell).
I contacted Nicole (and Emily by this point) and asked if they could help out a little earlier - which they agreed to do. This was a lifesaver and they were very understanding the helpful. Without this, things would have also been very difficult for myself, by husband and the cats!
Over the course of the entire care taking they were great. I felt pretty relaxed (as much as I could think I could be myself) with Nicole and Emily taking care of them. 3 cats is not easy and my complex systems and work arounds meant they had to learn a lot, be flexible and some what proactive when things did not happen as we might hope. I could go on for a long time here but I won't.
Here's whatI really appreciated about them taking care of my fur-kids (In no particular order):
- I myself have been at a point when I needed to give up with some of the cat issues I have had in the past - but because they are my cats, I couldn't but I am not sure how others would feel about my cats. But at no point did it feel that I would be left in the lurch by these ladies.
- They observed and managed 3 not very predictable cats.
- They did their best to learn and adhere my rather complex cat management/home systems - often having to improvise based on the emo cats states.
- They took great care of my cats and gave them lots of love (including doing their best to ensure each one ate their meals, not always easy in a multi-cat home, cleaning up sick, plus all the other usual cat care taking duties, x 3).
- They helped out earlier when we were in a bit of a spot because of my husbands illness and work.
- They did some cleaning and vacuuming to help ensure that the place did not go into complete ruin whilst I was away.
- I received regular, timely updates.
In short, I would highly recommend Emily and Nicole. I hope they will be willing to take care of my cats again. It would really help so I can go away for slightly longer than a few days at a time, more regularly then every 5 years! I hope this review does not make them so busy that they do not have time to take care of my lot any more.

"Shameel is what I term as heaven sent! Zoya took an immediate liking to her and she was extremely kind and thoughtful in how she looked after her for 6 days. Shameel is patient given that Zoya can be rather set in her ways at times. Given that Zoya is usually is quite a down mood in the first 2 days when we are away, Shameel was observant enough and realised that she just needed to give Zoya her space and let her become her exuberant self again. She spent time playing with her and also let her sleep with her so that she would not be too upset. She sent me updates including videos and photos and that helped me cope with missing Zoya. I would definitely hope Shameel is available to look after Zoya the next time we are away. "
