"We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter. From the moment we met, it was clear that Yuan genuinely understands and loves dogs. Her calm, kind, and gentle nature instantly put our dog at ease—and that says a lot, as our Singapore special is usually very shy and nervous with new people.
Yuan sent an update for each visit and photo, which was appreciated and gave us such peace of mind. It was obvious our dog was well looked after.
It’s rare to find someone so genuine and tuned in to a dog’s needs (and also good with people!). We feel incredibly lucky to have found Yuan, and we won’t hesitate to book her again. Highly recommended!"

"Jo has been the most fantastic pet sitter for my cat, she is attentive and proactive to his needs and bonded so well with him, which is amazing because my cat is extremely shy and do not take strangers well. She sent me updates regularly and went the extra mile to help water my plant, bringing in my parcels, even cleaned up my bin and my cat's eating area because he's such a messy eater. "I am very happy and fully satisfied with Lizzy's care for my cat. She was very caring, careful and took good care of my cat. When I came back from my holiday I found my house very clean. She really took extra trouble to clean the pee and poo area with a wet mop and as such there's no bad smell around the house from the pee. Lizzy also updated me with photos and videos of my cat. "I hired Junying to be Jessie and James's pet-sitter for 2 days while i had to travel for work. Ying was professional, punctual and responsive with my queries regarding my cats. Before engaging her, she was happy to meet up with me to understand more about my cats, my needs and my expectations. JY updated me everyday by sending photos of them and letting me know they were doing OK. Additionally, she followed my instructions for Jessie and James such as food and snack portioning, wiping of dirty fur, etc. I'm happy with her attention to detail and professionalism.
