"I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Jessie and her helper for taking care of Rocco, my 13yo jap spitz who is on perm meds for his arthritis.
it was truly difficult to find a boarder who is able to give oral meds AND willing to care for a senior dog. Luckily for me, i found Jessie ! We 1st had a daycare as trial in Jan and went ahead with boarding for 4 days in Feb.
Unfortunately, Rocco suddenly decided not to eat the very morning I was supposed to send him to Jessie's place for boarding. As it was too last minute to cancel the trip, i proceeded to board him and packed some additional meds just in case and prayed that his appetite will normalize soon.
As it turned out, his appetite remained poor for the 1st 2 days. Jessie and her helper were very patient and even made the effort to spoon fed and coax Rocco to get him to eat. Jessie was prompt in her updates on his condition and was very understanding with all my questions and requests to tweak his medication/food. Thankfully, he started to eat better during the last 2 days of boarding. She even provided some advice on home cooked food based on her personal experience when I went to pick Rocco up.
Overall, I am very pleased and relieved to have found Jessie. Given Rocco's age & condition, I am unsure if there will be an opportunity to engage her services again but in any case, THANK YOU Jessie! You are truly a godsend!

"Adella & Bastien are very thoughtful and caring dog sitters! My beloved furkid had some adjustment issue being new to home boarding and they are so patient and tender towards him, helping him to adjust and hence he could settle down so well! He came home well & happy! They are also very accepting towards my furkid as they have experience handling dogs who might show aggression. Adella makes lots of efforts to keep me posted with regular updates, photos and videos every day to assure me that my furkid was settling down so that I could have a peace of mind while away :)… they are really great :) and i strongly recommend them :) and I will surely send my furkid to them when i travel again:). "Very friendly and patient, Joz. Everyday she will sent pictures and updates of my doggy. Smooth communication with her. On plus point, she does pickup and sending back of the doggy too with a very minimal fee.
To be frank, this is my first time engaging pet sitter and I was quite concerned about the safety, managing of my dog etc.. After chatting with Joz via the apps for few times, she is very assuring that my dog will be in her good hands. So I decided to go with her.
True enough, my dog was enjoying too 😅 when Joz sent those photographs to me. My doggy is always in smiling look 🐶🐶 Definitely will look for Joz again should I be leaving town 😝"

"We had a wonderful boarding experience with Kyler. It was the first time sending our 5 month old Cavapoo Leah for dog boarding and we were very concerned. It turned out Leah had an awesome time and was very well taken care. Kyler sent over photos several times a day and we could see Leah was having a great time there. "Jessica took wonderful care of my 15 year old cat, Guinness, while we were away for 9 days this September. As a senior cat, Guinness had quite a number of quirks that we have been accommodating over the past few years to make his daily life comfortable, and Jessica was more than willing to understand his needs and tailor the daily routine to make Guinness's stay comfortable.
I contacted Jessica earlier in year to share more about Guinness's needs, and some of the problems he occasionally encounters such as gobbling up his food too quickly which results in him throwing it up. Through our pre-boarding conversation with Jessica, it was clear that she is an experienced cat caregiver and through her questions and suggestions, we felt that Guinness would be happy and safe under her care. The environment was spacious, clean and definitely designed with cats' needs and their safety in mind.
This September, we were able to go away with peace of mind, knowing that Guinness was being well taken care of. During our trip, Jessica kept me up to date with Guinness's well being and informed me when anything needed my attention - with a cat his age, I really appreciated that.
Our experience with Jessica has been overwhelmingly positive for both our cat and us, and we will be boarding Guinness with Jessica again at the end of the year!
We highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy cat-boarder, and wants the assurance that their cat is well taken care of in a safe, engaging and comfortable place.

"Thankful to have found a great sitter like Eugene! I had engaged him last minute but he was prompt in replying & arranged his schedule to accommodate my fur kids. He even offered pick up & drop off services and ensured the dogs settled in well and buckled in the car before moving off. He gave plenty of updates with pictures & videos over next few days at boarding.
