"Yao and Kelvin are very friendly and nice people, when I travel they come to take care of our three babies. They will watch the cat very carefully, like how many food they eat and water they drink, also give good suggestions. Most of the time they stay and play with them more then one hour, and send very nice photos and videos, like a professional photographer! I am very happy to have Yao and Kelvin to help us to take of our cats, highly recommend!!!"

"I had an amazing experience with Diyana as my pet sitter while I was away in the USA. She took care of my two British Shorthairs, Cottons and Cushions, for a week, and I couldn't have asked for a more reliable and thoughtful caretaker.
Not only did she handle all the essential tasks—like feeding them wet food, clearing their litter, and ensuring they were comfortable—but she also readily took on ad-hoc requests, such as resetting my pet cam. She went above and beyond by sending me daily updates with comprehensive pictures and videos, which gave me great peace of mind.
What truly sets Diyana apart is how much she genuinely engaged with my cats. She played with them extensively, ensuring they were happy and entertained, rather than just doing the bare minimum. "Jennie took such wonderful care of my pets and treated them with genuine love. She visited my home for five days to care for my Labrador and cat, and even before starting the job, she made an effort to thoroughly understand all the necessary details through a preliminary visit. During her time with my pets, she was incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to consider things I hadn't even mentioned. She was always punctual and never missed a visit. Whenever she noticed anything unusual with my pets, she immediately contacted me and handled the situation with great care. After each visit, she updated me via WhatsApp with photos, videos, and detailed reports on their well-being. When I returned from my trip, my pets were not only happy and healthy but even seemed better than when I was home—LOL! "Clarris has been such a gem, taking care of our two furbabies for the past 8 days. Her love and patience in caring for them shone through evidently in her actions, especially when one of them had diarrhoea and she looked after him like it would her own furbaby and home. She spent time every day playing with them ensuring they get adequate exercise (without my asking her to do so). I am also grateful that she was available at such a last minute notice, as I had another two pawsitters cancelled on me due to the peak holiday season. She truly brought peace of mind to me and my family and we could happily and thoroughly enjoy our vacation knowing our two furbabies are in good hands. "Shaun will be the third pet sitter I hired for my very senior cat, Nafu. The first pet sitter wasn’t the most responsive though I did retain his services for 3 engagements. I discontinued because he ran into financial difficulties and asked me to buy a package deal. The second was God send, responsive but preferred to come in the night time. He disappeared and was not contactable I was trying to engage him this round, despite taking a deposit from a previous cancelled engagement.
Shaun responded to my call after the first two turned down. He was responsive and sent me daily updates, and he also chose to come before 6 pm which is my preferred timing. The cat also developed more endearment to him, mid-way through the engagement. Overall, I would recommend Shaun as a responsible pet sitter and he would tell you what he did for the day, together with a photo update.

"Lyra is an amazing sitter. She is very communicative, kind, responsible, and sensible. This was the first time I left my two cats alone for more than 2 weeks. Initially, I was very worried, but after a few days, I felt completely at ease because I knew Lyra was taking very good care of my babies. My older one is a very shy cat. He came out of his cave after one week, and I could see he was very happy to be around Lyra. My little one is a cheeky and playful cat and he totally loved Lyra from day 1.
Lyra had made sure my cats were happy and she paid attention to their different personalities. She also sent me daily photos and videos and answered my questions. If I ever go away again, I will definitely ask Lyra to take care of my cats. She is the best and I can fully recommend her to any cat owners. "

"Mariko's profile is accurate, she really is a dog whisperer who instantly connected with my 4 year old Chow Chow! After using pawshake for 4 years, I have finally found a proper, highly disciplined, trust worthy, reliable, loving and consistent care taker for my fur pal. Mariko went above and beyond her duties in taking care of my Chow, gave him Japanese strawberries, mangoes, and raspberry treats. She spent a lot of extra time and effort to look after him and train him the right way!
