"We have been using PawShake for several years now. Being frequent travellers, we have engaged the services of several catsitters via the app. There have been good catsitters but many have fallen short of what we had hoped would be the care we needed for our cats.
Then, we had the wonderful luck of meeting Ellie who in every way is the epitome of a great catsitter. There was brilliant communication throughout, and she is wondrously skilled in engaging with our cats to play and eat well. Our cats tend to have separation anxiety but Ellie bonded with them well and in turn, assured us of their wellbeing. We have never been fully assured to leave our cats in anyone’s care.
Ellie has kept our house intact, the floors were clean and there is no cat litter or fur seen when we came home. After an 8-hour flight, there was no better feeling knowing that there was not much clean up to do for the house.
Indefinitely, we will continue to engage Ellie’s services for our future travels and highly recommend other fur parents to do so as well!"

"Alissa was a superb pet sitter. She constantly updated me on my pet's wellbeing, and tried her best to factor in playtime for them, on top of the things she was tasked with. She even sent videos of herself feeding my cat medicine. She sent many pictures and videos of my cats, which allowed me to breathe while being so far from them. Thanks to her, I felt at ease knowing my cats were fully cared for. "

"First time to engage Pawshake and already like it. Lea is great, friendly and I love her from the first time we chat. She is understanding, easy to liaise with, and most importantly, she cares for my cat! One of the days, I saw from CCTV of what it looked like a pool of vomit on the floor and so I texted Lea to help me checked on it, if Indie (my cat) had threw out fur balls. They're usually shy with new people, but she seemed to build a good rapport with them – they'd come out to greet her when she visited. "Zul has been an outstanding cat sitter for Bilaal and Balqees. He is extremely caring and attentive, always making sure they’re comfortable and well-looked after. "Nurul has been beyond dedicated in taking care of my cats! I could really tell that she loved my cats the same way she would her own cats. She is very gentle and is able to read cats' body language and give them space as and when needed. While other sitters could only deal with 2 cat lumps under my sofa for the most part during my trips, Nurul was able to win my skittish cats' trust (and even love) and get them to be out in the living room open space to play, eat and get brushed. My cats are so relaxed around her, they even offered her belly and butt compliments! In addition, Nurul treats my house like her own (in a positive way). She would help arrange back my blankets that my cats kicked off the bed, clean and fluff up my cushions after my cats vomited on the sofa and wipe off any stray poop or vomit on the floor. At the end of each visit, she would inform me of the condition of my cats' poop and pee, the amount of food they ate and how the cats are in general that day. Her daily updates were a pleasure to read! I am 101% sure that Nurul was the right sitter for my cats! Would highly recommend for pawrents with skittish cats and I will definitely engage her again for my future trips! "

"Gregory is a GEM.
Communications was clear from the start, and the cats like him too.
Usually one of my cats will hide away from strangers, but during the meet and greet, both the cats were sociable and comfortable with him at the get go. Amazing right.
Gregory made sure to know where the food were kept, and to familiarize with the cleaning habits.
There were daily updates and photos too!
Everything was in great order when I returned from my trip.
