"This is our first time engaging a cat sitter and glad to have found Sammi. Her proximity to our home is an additional consideration for us. The first meeting was a good one where our cat immediately went up to brush against Sammi's leg, so that's a good sign. Sammi had been very responsive and would share updates, photos and videos whenever she came over to cat sit. "Nurul has been beyond dedicated in taking care of my cats! I could really tell that she loved my cats the same way she would her own cats. She is very gentle and is able to read cats' body language and give them space as and when needed. While other sitters could only deal with 2 cat lumps under my sofa for the most part during my trips, Nurul was able to win my skittish cats' trust (and even love) and get them to be out in the living room open space to play, eat and get brushed. My cats are so relaxed around her, they even offered her belly and butt compliments! In addition, Nurul treats my house like her own (in a positive way). She would help arrange back my blankets that my cats kicked off the bed, clean and fluff up my cushions after my cats vomited on the sofa and wipe off any stray poop or vomit on the floor. At the end of each visit, she would inform me of the condition of my cats' poop and pee, the amount of food they ate and how the cats are in general that day. Her daily updates were a pleasure to read! I am 101% sure that Nurul was the right sitter for my cats! Would highly recommend for pawrents with skittish cats and I will definitely engage her again for my future trips! "

"2 days home visit. Karen is a very warm and friendly person. She came over for pre-visit to understand what needed to be done and my cats immediately loved her! I am so happy with her cat sitting service. Not only did she did a great work on cleaning the litter, topping up foods and water, she promptly updated me of my cat's well being. i am really happy and appreciate her efforts.

"Olivia took care of my cats, Kohby and Kohko, for two weeks while I was on holiday, and she was absolutely fantastic! She made sure they were well-fed and spent time playing with them every day.
I loved getting updates every time she visited, complete with photos and videos. It was so reassuring to see my cats happy and having fun while I was away.
Kohby and Kohko seemed so relaxed and content when I got back, and I know it’s because of the wonderful care they received.

"Gregory is a GEM.
Communications was clear from the start, and the cats like him too.
Usually one of my cats will hide away from strangers, but during the meet and greet, both the cats were sociable and comfortable with him at the get go. Amazing right.
Gregory made sure to know where the food were kept, and to familiarize with the cleaning habits.
There were daily updates and photos too!
Everything was in great order when I returned from my trip.

"I had an incredible experience with Nur as our cat sitter. As a first timer engaging catsitting services, we were anxious and worried to leave our cats in the hands of a stranger but Nur proved to be trustworthy, responsible and dedicated in ensuring we have a peace of mind while we were away on holiday. Nur came over to meet us and our cats Aura and Yanelle before we decided to book her services, to familiarise with our cats, home settings and the needs of our fur babies. While explaining to her their feeding times, habits, behaviour and litter clearing, Nur diligently took down notes to ensure our instructions were clear and well taken note of. She was also meticulous about ensuring the safety of our home - which doors to lock, windows to close/open, which lights and fans to leave switched on/off.
As our cats are both litter and toilet-trained, Nur had no qualms clearing their litter in the litter tray and also the toilet, ensuring the areas are always clean and our cats are in clean and comfortable living condition.
She went above and beyond during our 6-day vacation, providing dedicated care to our cats Aura and Yanelle. Nur not only ensured their basic needs were met but took the time to bond with them, which is no easy feat with our cats as they usually take time to warm up to strangers and would hide in every cornernl they could find. It's astonishing how quickly Aura and Yanelle connected with Nur, just within her second and third day here. Nur even stayed to play with them, givig them rubs and stimulating them through play time with their toys provided. In a short time, our furbabies were already sitting and playing on her lap. That shows how much they love her!
Nur's commitment to their well-being extended beyond feeding and cleaning; she genuinely cared about their comfort. We returned home to a spotless house, and our cats looked not just content but genuinely well-taken care of. I appreciate Nur's extra effort, spending more than half an hour during each visit. Every visit comes with photos and videos updates of our cats, twice a day, and we were kept updated all the time. I'm eternally grateful for her fantastic service and highly recommend her for anyone seeking a reliable and caring cat sitter.
