"This was our first time using a dog sitter. Elaine communicated all the requirements (provided food and a leash) very clearly and also coordinated the pick up for us. She sent us a video on arrival and was extremely caring and really went the extra mile given our dog has some separation anxiety and needed time to get used to the new surroundings. By the last day of her 4 day stay, we could see that Yuzu was very comfortable and happy with elaine and the other dogs. Beyond that, she was able to accommodate our change in scheduled pick up time without any hassle. Yuzu returned home very happily and furthermore Elaine had even helped to detangle some thick matted knots in her tail that we were having trouble detangling. Elaine really cares about the dogs and even gave Yuzu a shower before returning Yuzu to us. Highly recommend and would definitely use Elaine again if we ever have any needs for dog sitting "

"I’m really happy with the care my dog received! This was actually my dog’s first time staying at a dog boarding, so naturally I was a little worried about how she would cope. But Eric and Jamie took such good care of him and made sure he was comfortable, happy and well looked after. ❤️🐶
I also really appreciate that Eric took the time to notice that my dog’s food portion was a little too much and advised me about it. It may seem like a small thing, but to me, it shows that they genuinely pay attention to my dog’s needs and well-being rather than simply doing the job.

"Raymond is a fantastic pet sitter. I ‘m a newbie and didn’t know what to provide during my furbaby short stay but Raymond helped me with that. He sent updates throughout the stay that keep my nerves at bay and comfortable knowing my dog is in good hand. Having Sophie and the other dogs around was awesome too, as my puppy needs to socialize. "We had a wonderful boarding experience with Kyler. It was the first time sending our 5 month old Cavapoo Leah for dog boarding and we were very concerned. "Diana and her hubby are both dog lover . They are very meticulous , caring and attentive to our puppy. Her hubby even massage our puppy on a daily basis . Diana send pictures and video everyday to update our puppy well being and behaviors for the day . We are very pleased to have found them to dog board. They easy going and flexible and accommodative to requests and never even try to change our puppy living habits to their convenience.
Will definitely come back to them when we need the dog boarding service . We have a rest assured mentality during our holiday knowing that our puppy is in excellent care.

"Rithvik has been a fantastic pet boarder for our dog and gerbils. The pets were well taken care of and my dog looked so comfortable and settled in his house in the pictures that Rithvik took while we were away 😅 Miko tends to be wary of strangers but she took to Rithvik quite well soon after they met each other. He has a patient, easy going and cheerful demeanor which animals warm up to easily.
He keeps us updated with photos and comments daily, and we have peace of mind that our pets are in good hands. I will most certainly ask him to take care of our pets again 😊

"We left our dogs in her care for 20 days and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very start, she was responsible, attentive, and incredibly easy to communicate with, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away.
Throughout the stay, it was clear that Janee didn’t just look after our dogs out of obligation — you can tell that she genuinely loves them and cares for them a lot. I recently engaged Geraldine to care for my puppy Hershey for two separate boarding periods (December 1-11 and December 14-23), and I couldn’t be more impressed with the outstanding service provided. Geraldine is clearly a very experienced dog lover, and it showed in every aspect of her care throughout both stays.
What impressed me most was Geraldine’s unwavering attention to detail and genuine dedication across both boarding periods. She provided daily updates on Hershey, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. Beyond just feeding and walking, Geraldine went above and beyond - she cleaned Hershey’s feeding pot, carefully cleaned his paws, and even took care of his ear cleaning. These thoughtful actions demonstrated her commitment to maintaining Hershey’s hygiene and overall wellbeing.
The fact that Hershey settled in comfortably during both stays speaks volumes about Geraldine’s consistency and the trust she built with my puppy. Upon my return after each boarding period, Hershey was happy, healthy, and clearly at ease. It’s obvious that my puppy was in loving, capable hands throughout both experiences.

"Thankful to have found a great sitter like Eugene! I had engaged him last minute but he was prompt in replying & arranged his schedule to accommodate my fur kids. He even offered pick up & drop off services and ensured the dogs settled in well and buckled in the car before moving off. "Jessica took wonderful care of my 15 year old cat, Guinness, while we were away for 9 days this September. As a senior cat, Guinness had quite a number of quirks that we have been accommodating over the past few years to make his daily life comfortable, and Jessica was more than willing to understand his needs and tailor the daily routine to make Guinness's stay comfortable.
I contacted Jessica earlier in year to share more about Guinness's needs, and some of the problems he occasionally encounters such as gobbling up his food too quickly which results in him throwing it up. Through our pre-boarding conversation with Jessica, it was clear that she is an experienced cat caregiver and through her questions and suggestions, we felt that Guinness would be happy and safe under her care. The environment was spacious, clean and definitely designed with cats' needs and their safety in mind.
This September, we were able to go away with peace of mind, knowing that Guinness was being well taken care of. During our trip, Jessica kept me up to date with Guinness's well being and informed me when anything needed my attention - with a cat his age, I really appreciated that.
Our experience with Jessica has been overwhelmingly positive for both our cat and us, and we will be boarding Guinness with Jessica again at the end of the year!
We highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy cat-boarder, and wants the assurance that their cat is well taken care of in a safe, engaging and comfortable place.

"Among all the boarding places Duffy has stayed at, this is truly the one that made my heart feel at ease. I’m so grateful to have found such a loving and thoughtful environment for him. Seeing his happy face and genuine smile ！ something I had never really seen during previous boarding stays ， it meant so much to me as a dog mum.
Krystal and Rachel constantly shared photos and updates, which reassured me that he was not just being cared for, but truly loved. Knowing that both of them also have a Maltipoo made me feel even safer, because they understand the little habits, sensitivity, and personality of the breed.

"Rachael & her family were very caring foster parents to our 1+ year old Golden Retriever, named Golden. At her house, which is big, Golden could run around to her heart content, at the front yard and at the back yard. The family lives in a lovely landed neighbourhood with lots & lots & lots of green spaces. The family cared for Golden very well & Golden is a happier & calmer dog when she returned home. I guess, Rachael's dog, Mr. Fletcher, also a Golden Retriever, but much older, imparted some calmness to our dog. She regularly updated us with photos & funny things about Golden, whether Golden's having her regular walks, eating, playing with Mr. Fletcher, or chilling/ resting with her fellow furry friend. I can tell that Rachael's kids also loved & cared for our Golden so much, especially the younger boy. It's a great decision to meet & pick Rachael's home as our Golden's temporary home, a staycation for her I would say. We could have our overseas holiday with peace in mind, knowing Golden is in a reliable hand. Highly recommending Rachael & her lovely family. :)"
