"This is my first time engaging a pet sitter. Usually I send my cats to boarding, but my travel arrangements changed last minute. I contacted Jerlyn after reading her profile and reviews. I need a sitter who can come twice a day and comfortable in administering oral medications. In the initial communication, I gave Jerlyn the background on my cats and outlined things that are important to me. Jerlyn addressed all my concerns and after exchanging several messages she came over for a meet and greet. I felt assured after our meeting that Jerlyn will be able to look after my cats, in particular administering oral medications. Jerlyn sent updates on the cats’ food intake, litter boxes, and meds together with videos and photos in each visit. After a few days my cats (who are scared of strangers) started warming up to her and she spent some time to give them cuddles and play with them, which I appreciate. I also had to extend my travel and was grateful that Jerlyn was flexible enough to accept my extension. Highly recommended and will look to engage Jerlyn again for my next travel. "

"Mark was very responsive to enquiries and had made arrangements to meet up Skuggi before the booking date. When they first met, Skuggi was incredibly comfortable with Mark and both interacted well. Mark took good care of Skuggi during the booking period and sent detailed updates frequently. Mark was able to give Skuggi his medication without issue during the visit too. Will definitely look for Mark when we are out of town again! Thank you, Mark!!! ☺️ "

"Lynne was incredibly friendly and responsible throughout the cat-sitting period. She kept us well updated and took beautiful photos of our cats, which we really appreciated. She excelled in caring for them, and even in managing tension between two of them. When we came home, we could tell the cats were happy even during our absence.

"Sabrina helped to come to my house and take care of my cat while I was away on vacation for 2.5 weeks. She was very communicative and attentive to my cat, Fox. He started to have diarrhea from the dry food and Sabrina helped to clean up, changed his feeding schedule and monitor him. It was a relief to have someone like her looking after him and sending me updates regularly. I highly recommend her to look after your fur babies if you need to be away. "

"At first I was very skeptical for engaging pet sitter.
But after reading all the review from their past customer + the no. of recurring customer who have engaged them I decided to give it a try. I'm glad that my cat was comfortable with Noran during the meet & greet.
As this is my first time leaving my 4months old cat at home and I’m so worry at first but Nisa & Noran have done a good job by updating me daily with photos and video their interaction with my cat, maintain the cleanliness during their visit which makes me to have a very peaceful and enjoyable holiday with my family.
They also have share lots of information to me about cat well-being and also share some recommendation of vet as this is my first time to own a cat.

"My 2 cats can be a bit temperamental when being fed by new people but Taz & Gizmo took to her quickly. Jaime is a great cat sitter and super friendly. She kept me up to date with photos of them eating and of them playing after each visit, which was great. She was also super helpful when the power went out and asked her to check my electrics and she went above and beyond!! Would highly recommend Jaime, we'll definitely book her again in the future!"
