This is the second time I seek Jacinta to help. I am grateful to Jacinta for taking excellent care of my cat while I was traveling. Every day, Jacinta was attentive and provided detailed updates on his well-being via videos and photos. I didn't worry at all during my absence, as she visited and looked after him perfectly!
Besides, she was willing to spend time and effort to play with my cat, and I could see that my cat thoroughly enjoyed the time spent with Jacinta.

"Highly recommend Faith as a sitter - she is a true cat lover. She followed our feeding instructions well, including putting extra water in the cat food for our cat that does not drink water :)) We also get photos and videos of our cats whenever she visits. Faith even managed to get our most shy cat (Cato) to show his face. And when we ran out of garbage bags for the litter (our fault for forgetting to restock before we left), she still managed well.
We’ve returned to find all our cats healthy and happy :))) Thank you so much to Faith for taking such good care of them for the past week! "

"This is my first time engaging a pet sitter. Usually I send my cats to boarding, but my travel arrangements changed last minute. I contacted Jerlyn after reading her profile and reviews. I need a sitter who can come twice a day and comfortable in administering oral medications. In the initial communication, I gave Jerlyn the background on my cats and outlined things that are important to me. Jerlyn addressed all my concerns and after exchanging several messages she came over for a meet and greet. I felt assured after our meeting that Jerlyn will be able to look after my cats, in particular administering oral medications. Jerlyn sent updates on the cats’ food intake, litter boxes, and meds together with videos and photos in each visit. After a few days my cats (who are scared of strangers) started warming up to her and she spent some time to give them cuddles and play with them, which I appreciate. I also had to extend my travel and was grateful that Jerlyn was flexible enough to accept my extension. Highly recommended and will look to engage Jerlyn again for my next travel. "

"Meng Chiang (Wesley) was great in looking after my cat, Katsu, whilst I was away on honeymoon for 2 weeks. I was very worried at first, but Wes gave very prompt updates with photos and videos, and looking at my pet cam, I could see that Katsu was doing great, not stressed, and was pretty happy.
I could also see how Katsu bonded with Wes over the 2 weeks. Was truly grateful as it was a hands-off approach and I was enjoy to enjoy my holiday stress free. "

Appreciate that Raymond can still continue to take care of our girls even after we shifted to town location.

"My 2 cats can be a bit temperamental when being fed by new people but Taz & Gizmo took to her quickly. Jaime is a great cat sitter and super friendly. She kept me up to date with photos of them eating and of them playing after each visit, which was great.
