This is the second time I seek Jacinta to help. I am grateful to Jacinta for taking excellent care of my cat while I was traveling. Every day, Jacinta was attentive and provided detailed updates on his well-being via videos and photos. I didn't worry at all during my absence, as she visited and looked after him perfectly!
Besides, she was willing to spend time and effort to play with my cat, and I could see that my cat thoroughly enjoyed the time spent with Jacinta.

"Danielle is a fabulous cat sitter! I can't say enough good things about her 😊 she was very detailed and meticulous when she first came to visit making sure to take notes for all that I've requested for her to follow up with. Just days before my trip, one of my kittens Milo got an ear infection and needed to be fed antibiotics and put ear medication. She was very very good with her and managed to give medication twice a day. Danielle also took time to help me physically check the other cats and cleaned out their ears. The kittens warmed up to her the first day she was at my place and ate very well - even better than when I was around 😁 she also kept the litter box area very clean and tidy and just left my place slick and span. Danielle sent many photos / videos daily giving a detailed account of what was done and how the kids were doing and this was very reassuring and allowed me to have a fuss free trip. She bought treats with the extra payment I gave her and also took time to play with the kids daily when she was there. She took such good care of them that I have a strange feeling they are missing Danielle already 😂 thank you for your patience and care for the kids! Highly recommended! "

This is my first time getting a pet sitter to care for my 3 elderly kitties and it was also my kitties’ first time having a pet sitter, hence i was super anxious,worried and unsure how both my kitties and I would take this experience. I was urgently looking for a sitter who stays near me and is able to come over twice a day to feed my elderly kitties. I linked up with Yuzhen and she came over within 2 days to meet up with me and the kitties before my trip the following week. I saw how yuzhen exuded gentleness,quiet confidence and noted all our needs: the quirky feeding habits of each kitty, helping to air the house, watering my plants on alternate days etc. During the meet, i immediately felt comfortable and most importantly my kitties were also comfortable! This made me feel less anxious before making my trip. During my trip, Yuzhen came over twice a day(before and after her work)to care for my kitties’s needs, and played loads with them especially my Toby boy who is playful and demands alot of play time. With all the daily videos and photos updated sent to me by Yuzhen, i felt relaxed as i could see my kitties being very well looked after and loved by their new friend. I greatly appreciate how she cared for and looked after my elderly kitties when i was away. Thank you so so much Yuzhen! ❤️😃"

"At first I was very skeptical for engaging pet sitter.
But after reading all the review from their past customer + the no. of recurring customer who have engaged them I decided to give it a try. I'm glad that my cat was comfortable with Noran during the meet & greet.
As this is my first time leaving my 4months old cat at home and I’m so worry at first but Nisa & Noran have done a good job by updating me daily with photos and video their interaction with my cat, maintain the cleanliness during their visit which makes me to have a very peaceful and enjoyable holiday with my family.
They also have share lots of information to me about cat well-being and also share some recommendation of vet as this is my first time to own a cat.
