"2 days home visit. Karen is a very warm and friendly person. She came over for pre-visit to understand what needed to be done and my cats immediately loved her! "It’s my first time leaving my 3 furbabies to the pet sitter. To be honest, I got the worrying thoughts about “what if” in my head all the times; but I realised that I’ve been overthinking about leaving the cats to the pet sitter when I’m on vacation.
And yes, I’m referring to Ghizlan and would recommend to anyone who is looking for reliable and kind person to care for their pets. I absolutely trust her with my 3 cats during my 5 days vacation. She sent daily updates and pictures about the cats well-being. I have a peace of mind knowing that they are in good hands. It’s a joy to see my cats holds their tail high in the air (signal of happiness) when Ghizlan walked into the door.

"It was a great decision to hire Vera. She is really attentive to my cats. One of my cats is afraid of strangers but he surprisingly opened up to her. Vera never fails to send us photos and videos of the cats. On top of that, she even reported that my fridge is leaking. I felt reassured knowing that not only cats are well taken care of, but even my house is in good condition. Will not hesitate to book her again if she is available in future."

"Juliet is simply wonderful. She has exceeded expectations with regards to the tasks given to her.
We genuinely appreciate her meticulousness throughout the three days we were away. Even before we left, she made sure to ask us questions with regards to our cat, Laika. We felt assured the entire time as Juliet provided us with updates of Laika, giving us various pictures and videos of her to show that she is completely fine.
Moreover, I completely appreciate her honesty with respect to Laika’s demeanour and habits whilst we were overseas. Laika can be a cheeky cat and hard to handle at times, yet Juliet will be genuine with us on what she was able to do or not, instead of lying blatantly. Thus, her sense of transparency should be duly noted.
Her work ethic should be highly commended, as she’d prepare checklists for every visit that will indicate her duties and time-in/out, and she has stayed beyond an hour every time to help out with Laika. Upon arriving home, everything was neat and tidy. The litter area was efficiently maintained and the house was clean which made our lives way easier after a day’s travel. Juliet also took care of our rabbit, Chester and did an awesome job of keeping his pen clean.
Laika does not take well towards strangers, yet in her 5 visits, Juliet managed to find a way to win her heart with videos of Laika rolling on her tummy and purring loudly in Juliet’s care. I will definitely engage her services again as she has proven to be a genuine cat-lover and a conscientious cat-sitter, and in her supervision, our Laika was cared for in the best of ways."

"Yvonne looked after our cats while we were overseas for CNY. We were initially worried about how our cats would cope with us being away as they are very skittish and timid. However, our mind was put at ease during the first meeting when both warmed to Yvonne quite quickly. Yvonne made sure to ask about their feeding and playing preferences etc so as not to disrupt their daily routine too much. While we were away, Yvonne kept me fully up to date and also sent over lots of great photos. Our cats didn’t seem to be fazed by the change at all and that can only be down to Yvonne being a fantastic cat sitter who kept them well fed and entertained.
