"Mikki is really a kind and friendly and responsible sitter. It was our first time sending our furbaby to a sitter. She made it very easy and comforting for us by sending us updates and videos. When my furbaby didnt eat, she was concerned and even fed her to ensure that she does have some food intake. My pup even enjoyed some treats from her.. overall I am very satisfied.. Thank u Mikki"

"10/10 would recommend. Charmaine is gentle and amazing with Biscuit despite the fact that it was his first time boarding. The space Biscuit was kept in has a big window with a cat tree so that he could people/bird watch during his stay there, whilst having enough room to move around. He gets to roam around from time to time as well and interact with the other kitties (:
Charmaine’s updates comes regularly with photos and/or videos to let me know how Biscuit is doing, as well as when she has given him his medication. She also went the extra mile to help out with some minor logistics that was required for Biscuit during his stay such as weighing his pee/water intake due to the vet’s instructions. Communications wise is a 10/10 as she gave quite a lot of updates despite the short boarding stay, which I appreciate a lot! 🫶🏻
Biscuit seems happy there (minus the initial day where he’s grumpy and needs to decompress), and is well taken care of. Would definitely recommend to others to leave your catto in her care."

"I’m really happy with the care my dog received! This was actually my dog’s first time staying at a dog boarding, so naturally I was a little worried about how she would cope. But Eric and Jamie took such good care of him and made sure he was comfortable, happy and well looked after. ❤️🐶
I also really appreciate that Eric took the time to notice that my dog’s food portion was a little too much and advised me about it. It may seem like a small thing, but to me, it shows that they genuinely pay attention to my dog’s needs and well-being rather than simply doing the job.

"Raymond is a fantastic pet sitter. I ‘m a newbie and didn’t know what to provide during my furbaby short stay but Raymond helped me with that. He sent updates throughout the stay that keep my nerves at bay and comfortable knowing my dog is in good hand. Having Sophie and the other dogs around was awesome too, as my puppy needs to socialize. "I can’t say enough good things about the couple who took care of my elderly dog while I was away. Leaving an older pet behind is never easy, but from the moment I met them, I felt completely at ease—and they absolutely lived up to that trust.
They were incredibly patient, attentive, and understanding of my dog’s needs. With age comes a slower pace and a few extra quirks, and they handled everything with such kindness and care. They made sure my dog was comfortable, well-fed, and given plenty of gentle attention and affection.
What I appreciated most was the regular updates—they kept me reassured with messages and photos, which clearly showed how relaxed and content my dog was in their care. It meant a lot to know my pet wasn’t just being “looked after,” but genuinely cared for.
When I returned, my dog was calm, happy, and clearly had been in very good hands. I’m truly grateful for the love and dedication they showed, and I wouldn’t hesitate to trust them again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for responsible, compassionate pet sitters."

"We had a wonderful boarding experience with Kyler. It was the first time sending our 5 month old Cavapoo Leah for dog boarding and we were very concerned. "In our search for a pet sitter for our dog, Spangs, we found Kian Min. Our initial meet up (with our dog of course) was positive. My family felt the love and happiness that radiates from Kiam Min and his wife when they interacted with Spangs. They took the time to find out more about her before deciding if they can commit to the boarding.
We are blessed to have crossed path with the lovely couple. We were given a comprehensive list of items to bring along for Spangs’ stay with them and the list shows his experience in taking care of dogs. These are the things that I would have packed for Spangs for any boarding stint. Our dog had a sudden case of skin inflammation that required medication during her stay and Kian Min administered the medicine. We were reassured by his comforting words – ‘We’ll take good care of Spangs & will treat her as our own’.
Kian Min made sure that we were kept abreast of Spangs’ well-being. We were sent daily photos of her enjoying her walks in various parts of the estates. They were tricked by Spangs into carrying her home when she was tired of walking. She was brought to the room to sleep (sometimes sleeping with their son in air-con comfort). We think Spangs enjoyed herself too much. She was moping at home, obviously missing the wonderful time she had at Kian Min’s place.
I will highly recommend Kian Min. He provided a loving, safe, and homely environment for Spangs. My family was able to enjoy our vacation knowing that she is taken good care of.
Thank you Kian Min and his missus for the wonderful stay.
