"Very good service by Joanne and Jay. They were very accommodative. Because the drop off time didn’t suit them for the morning they took Chase on one night before and didn’t charge extra. They took very good care and were proactive

"10/10 would recommend. Charmaine is gentle and amazing with Biscuit despite the fact that it was his first time boarding. The space Biscuit was kept in has a big window with a cat tree so that he could people/bird watch during his stay there, whilst having enough room to move around. He gets to roam around from time to time as well and interact with the other kitties (:
Charmaine’s updates comes regularly with photos and/or videos to let me know how Biscuit is doing, as well as when she has given him his medication. She also went the extra mile to help out with some minor logistics that was required for Biscuit during his stay such as weighing his pee/water intake due to the vet’s instructions. Communications wise is a 10/10 as she gave quite a lot of updates despite the short boarding stay, which I appreciate a lot! 🫶🏻
Biscuit seems happy there (minus the initial day where he’s grumpy and needs to decompress), and is well taken care of. Would definitely recommend to others to leave your catto in her care."

"We had a wonderful boarding experience with Kyler. It was the first time sending our 5 month old Cavapoo Leah for dog boarding and we were very concerned. It turned out Leah had an awesome time and was very well taken care. Kyler sent over photos several times a day and we could see Leah was having a great time there. A big thank you to Kyler, your mum & helper for the care & love for Leah the 8 days she was there. We will definitely look for you again when we need dog boarding! 😊"

"Jeanette is very friendly and she showers my dogs with lots of love. I like that my dogs were able to roam around the house without being crate. She cares for my dogs safety and will update us about their well being daily. She takes care of my dogs and ensure they get their routines as much as the same when they are at home. Great pet sitter. "Raymond is a fantastic pet sitter. I ‘m a newbie and didn’t know what to provide during my furbaby short stay but Raymond helped me with that. He sent updates throughout the stay that keep my nerves at bay and comfortable knowing my dog is in good hand. Having Sophie and the other dogs around was awesome too, as my puppy needs to socialize. "Among all the boarding places Duffy has stayed at, this is truly the one that made my heart feel at ease. I’m so grateful to have found such a loving and thoughtful environment for him. Seeing his happy face and genuine smile ！ something I had never really seen during previous boarding stays ， it meant so much to me as a dog mum.
Krystal and Rachel constantly shared photos and updates, which reassured me that he was not just being cared for, but truly loved. Knowing that both of them also have a Maltipoo made me feel even safer, because they understand the little habits, sensitivity, and personality of the breed.

"Diana and her hubby are both dog lover . They are very meticulous , caring and attentive to our puppy. Her hubby even massage our puppy on a daily basis . Diana send pictures and video everyday to update our puppy well being and behaviors for the day . We are very pleased to have found them to dog board. They easy going and flexible and accommodative to requests and never even try to change our puppy living habits to their convenience.
Will definitely come back to them when we need the dog boarding service . We have a rest assured mentality during our holiday knowing that our puppy is in excellent care.

"I can’t say enough good things about the couple who took care of my elderly dog while I was away. Leaving an older pet behind is never easy, but from the moment I met them, I felt completely at ease—and they absolutely lived up to that trust.
They were incredibly patient, attentive, and understanding of my dog’s needs. With age comes a slower pace and a few extra quirks, and they handled everything with such kindness and care. They made sure my dog was comfortable, well-fed, and given plenty of gentle attention and affection.
What I appreciated most was the regular updates—they kept me reassured with messages and photos, which clearly showed how relaxed and content my dog was in their care. It meant a lot to know my pet wasn’t just being “looked after,” but genuinely cared for.

"Belle took care of Luna, our 7months old puppy for almost 2weeks.
She has also her own dogs, one shy girl and one friendly girl.
Luna is a bit scaredy dog but they all welcomed her and took care of her like their family.
Luna played with other girls everyday and learnt a lot of things from Belle and girls.
Belle communicated with us well and we didn’t need to worry about Luna.
I even thought Luna doesn’t want to come home when we pick her up 🤣
Belle is truly a nice sitter and I recommend her!!! "

"In our search for a pet sitter for our dog, Spangs, we found Kian Min. Our initial meet up (with our dog of course) was positive. My family felt the love and happiness that radiates from Kiam Min and his wife when they interacted with Spangs. They took the time to find out more about her before deciding if they can commit to the boarding.
We are blessed to have crossed path with the lovely couple. We were given a comprehensive list of items to bring along for Spangs’ stay with them and the list shows his experience in taking care of dogs. These are the things that I would have packed for Spangs for any boarding stint. Our dog had a sudden case of skin inflammation that required medication during her stay and Kian Min administered the medicine. We were reassured by his comforting words – ‘We’ll take good care of Spangs & will treat her as our own’.
Kian Min made sure that we were kept abreast of Spangs’ well-being. We were sent daily photos of her enjoying her walks in various parts of the estates. They were tricked by Spangs into carrying her home when she was tired of walking. She was brought to the room to sleep (sometimes sleeping with their son in air-con comfort). We think Spangs enjoyed herself too much. She was moping at home, obviously missing the wonderful time she had at Kian Min’s place.
I will highly recommend Kian Min. He provided a loving, safe, and homely environment for Spangs. My family was able to enjoy our vacation knowing that she is taken good care of.
Thank you Kian Min and his missus for the wonderful stay.

"My Singapore Special dog, Mila, had a blast boarding with Charmaine. Mila was the only dog for the stay as she is highly selective with other dogs.
Charmaine gave daily regular updates on Mila, and took great care of Mila, which was extremely reassuring. With Charmaine, it felt non-commercial and that it was a friend who was caring for Mila in a very homely environment.

"This was the first time I’ve used Pawshake. I was pleasantly surprised to see very good boarders here and I’m so pleased with Rithvik for taking very good care of Asher over two nights. I did not have to worry as Rithvik even came over to see Asher before boarding him. He’s a very patient, accommodating, friendly and importantly my Asher bonded with him immediately.
