My timid doggie sat on Xuelin's lap while avoiding another excited doggie's advances (haha). Didn't expect my doggie to feel much at ease at such short timeframe. "Excellent service! We had such a wonderful experience with Kiki and her family. During our meet&greet, we immediately felt at ease—Kiki and husband were so warm, welcoming, and took the time to share their experiences with us.
Since it was Ah Gek’s first time boarding away from home, we were initially worried he might struggle with separation anxiety. But Kiki went above and beyond to keep us updated with frequent photos and videos, showing just how much fun he was having! It was clear from the happy expressions of all the dogs in her care that they were in a loving, joyful environment.
In fact, when we came to pick Ah Gek up, he didn’t even want to leave—he kept turning back to look at Kiki and her family! That alone reassured us that he felt completely at home with them.
We’re so grateful to have found such an amazing sitter nearby and will definitely be returning for regular daycare and boarding. Thank you Kiki, for taking such great care of our fur baby!

"Big thanks to Jo for taking good care of my baby Maple! Was a little worried as this was the first time I had to send my cat for boarding and as expected she was pretty skittish when I dropped her off haha. But the room provided by Jo was very comfortable and private, with a lot of toys and scratching pad provided. Jo was patient in understanding Maple's needs and is experienced in managing her stress as well. Iirc she provided Feliway in the room! Prompt updates were also provided when feeding and even mini play session every night. I will definitely engage her again when I travel :)"

"Awesome sitter & family! Roxanne is very responsive despite it's a rather last minute booking request for cat daycare for almost 10 hours.
She often shared updates on Mofu and updated on his appetite during meals. Roxanne's family also played with Mofu.
When we fetched Mofu home, he didn't show he was in any distress or unhappiness during his time at Roxanne's place.
Highly recommended and we will definitely book Roxanne's services again!"

"Lynne is a friendly and reliable pet sitter! Dropped Tobi off for the day and he enjoyed himself there with many enrichment toys to play with. I was reassured with the many pictures and video updates throughout the day. There was another dog boarding at the same time and Lynne ensured that they met and played safely. You can tell Lynne and her family really love animals and have no doubt that your pets will be well taken care of in their household :)"

"Kimi had a wonderful time at playing at Dolph’s house with many hoomans and 1 pompom to interact with. 🐶 Dolph sends many updates on Kimi including photos and videos, which gives me a peace of mind. 😌 Dolph is also very cautious and will asks me before feeding Kimi any food/snacks. House is very spacious, no cluttering, so nothing stopping my high energy dog from zooming around the house. 🤣
I know that she will be in good hands!☺️

"Wesley took excellent care of both my frenchies. Communication with him was smooth and easy, and he kept us updated with regular photos and progress throughout the day. He is a responsible and patient sitter. On the first day, when both pups weren’t eating, Wesley went above and beyond to find ways to encourage them to eat. He also managed them well during walks. Additionally, he has a clean and spacious home where the Frenchies had plenty of room to explore and play. When we picked them up, it was clear how much they had bonded with him in just one day.
