"A big shout out to Jacqueline for her patience and dedication towards Rusty. Jacqueline possessed the knowledge and the skill on how to handle and interact with fur kid that are cautious with stranger. With Rusty, they are able to build a bond in just 2 days. Her constant update of Rusty well being, keep us at ease during our holiday. At the end of house sitting duration, I can see that Rusty really miss Jacqueline and see her as part of his family. "Isabelle looked after my three fur babies (2 dogs and 1 cat) while I was away for a week. She followed through the schedule closely and kept me updated regularly with photos which gave me a great peace of mind. Unfortunately, one of my dog fell ill with vomiting and diarrhoea during the stay. Isabelle handled the situation with patience and care, and the photos she provided were extremely helpful for the vet’s assessment. I am truly grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet sitter. "

"Amelia housesat for us for two weeks. Our cats, one of which is usually very timid, settled in with her immediately and were well taken care of. Amelia was very communicative, kept us up to date with their antics, and took good care of the apartment. The place was left spotless and we arrived home to happy cats and clean sheets on the bed - bliss after a long flight!"

"We had a pleasant experience with Diane as our Petsitter for our two senior dogs. She house-sit for us for 10 days. Diane was reliable in providing food and medication as required and able to connect with our fur kids, especially the younger one that does not take to strangers easily. Diane is trustworthy and diligent in following instructions, she is a great communicator and kept us updated daily with photo and video of our kids. "Carissa was extremely capable taking care of my poodle’s dietary needs for the 11 days we were away, including feeding daily supplements and prepping her schedule of canned food and toppers. Doggy took to her right away! You can tell she loves animals and is authentic and affectionate with them. She always arrived punctually for the meet and greet and the actual sitting period, and took very good care of my place while we were away. She was also great keeping us updated and sent us photos. "Ying was absolutely great with our 3 month old Golden Retriever Skye. We wanted to go out to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and since Skye was not fully vaccinated yet, we were searching for someone caring and responsible to sit Skye for the day.
We were lucky to have met Ying. From the beginning, Ying was thoughtful and communicated very clearly. She made sure she meets us and our pet first before sitting, which was good to know since we were convinced we will be leaving Skye with someone thoughtful. Ying made sure she understood Skye’s routine so there were minimum surprises.
Through the day, Ying was in touch to update us of Skye’s activities and we came back to one very happy puppy.
Although Skye was so small and almost completely untrained, we were not stressed at all due to Ying’s calm and caring approach.
Will always check Ying’s availability first whenever we need sitting for Skye and will love to work with her again 🙂."
