"I had an amazing experience with Diyana as my pet sitter while I was away in the USA. She took care of my two British Shorthairs, Cottons and Cushions, for a week, and I couldn't have asked for a more reliable and thoughtful caretaker.
Not only did she handle all the essential tasks—like feeding them wet food, clearing their litter, and ensuring they were comfortable—but she also readily took on ad-hoc requests, such as resetting my pet cam. She went above and beyond by sending me daily updates with comprehensive pictures and videos, which gave me great peace of mind.
What truly sets Diyana apart is how much she genuinely engaged with my cats. She played with them extensively, ensuring they were happy and entertained, rather than just doing the bare minimum. On top of that, she took initiative beyond pet care by helping tidy up the house, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.

"I was a 1st timer leaving my cat for a 2 week holiday, needless to say I was worried. However, having Riz as my cat sitter had given me a peace of mind. Riz is responsive, meticulous, dependable, punctual and hard working cat sitter. My family and I were so glad to have Riz as our cat sitter to take care of our 6 month old kitten. "Yao and Kelvin are very friendly and nice people, when I travel they come to take care of our three babies. They will watch the cat very carefully, like how many food they eat and water they drink, also give good suggestions. Most of the time they stay and play with them more then one hour, and send very nice photos and videos, like a professional photographer! I am very happy to have Yao and Kelvin to help us to take of our cats, highly recommend!!!"

"Clarris has been such a gem, taking care of our two furbabies for the past 8 days. Her love and patience in caring for them shone through evidently in her actions, especially when one of them had diarrhoea and she looked after him like it would her own furbaby and home. She spent time every day playing with them ensuring they get adequate exercise (without my asking her to do so). I am also grateful that she was available at such a last minute notice, as I had another two pawsitters cancelled on me due to the peak holiday season. She truly brought peace of mind to me and my family and we could happily and thoroughly enjoy our vacation knowing our two furbabies are in good hands. "Geraldine is a godsend! I went on a trip for almost a month during mid December to mid January (approx.). I was very nervous about this trip because I have never been away for so long from my 3 fur babies (all cats). Right from the first meet and greet session, Geraldine impressed me as a responsible and knowledgeable pet sitter who gets along naturally with animals. While I was away, she took care of my cats as if they were her own. She even spoiled them more rotten than I’ve ever had with heaps of treats, playtime, pets and snuggles, which is much much needed and appreciated when I couldn’t do it myself. She remembered all my cats’ preferences of treats and toys by heart and made sure that they’re well taken care of and happy. She quickly won over the hearts (and tummies) of my 2 more sociable cats and became their new bestie. As for my super shy (and anti social) one, Geraldine took the time to gave her treats and tried to play with her in her hiding places (under the bed and store room shelves). My cute but anti social girl eventually came out to eat while Geraldine was around (but I’m quite sure she was “looking away” at that moment -haha). Animals are much more instinctive than human and they know who they can trust. Judging from the response of my 3 fur babies, I’m sure I’ve found the right person for them! In all her visits, she sent me heaps of photos and videos of my cats, which I always watched with both a smile on my face and tears in my eyes, knowing that they were happy and loved in my absence. Geraldine is an amazing pet sitter whom I’ll highly recommend to all of you here. She will always be our (me and fur babies) most preferred and only pet sitter!!"

"Lyra is an amazing sitter. She is very communicative, kind, responsible, and sensible. This was the first time I left my two cats alone for more than 2 weeks. Initially, I was very worried, but after a few days, I felt completely at ease because I knew Lyra was taking very good care of my babies. My older one is a very shy cat. He came out of his cave after one week, and I could see he was very happy to be around Lyra. My little one is a cheeky and playful cat and he totally loved Lyra from day 1.

"Natasha comes across as an amiable and caring pet-sitter. She genuinely showed concern over my furbabies, especially for Muezza and Rayyan when informed that they had just recovered from their infection.
She reassured me throughout the pet-sitting period, sending me pictures and updating me on how all of my furbabies are doing. Even got the most fiesty and anti-social one to be loving and cuddly towards her and her partner! She spent ample time with my furbabies, feeding them on time and cleaning their messes and litter box.

"Daniel was a great fit for us. Our cats are very shy but he was extremely patient with them. He took special care to come and visit them before the sitting period and noted down their requirements in detail. During the pet sitting time, he would take special care to spend time with them and make them feel comfortable around him. "Ayu looked after my 2 cats when I was recently away for a fortnight. She really helped to set my mind at ease with her regular WhatsApp updates on how my boys were doing, their appetite and movements etc, and was super patient with them even though they aren’t social with strangers. I’m also very grateful that she also took the initiative to water my plants in my absence and helped to bring in a parcel left outside that was supposed to have been delivered before I left.
I’d highly recommended Ayu if you are looking for a sitter, she’s conscientious, easy-going and self-sufficient I.e. doesn’t need super detailed instructions, which works great for me! "
