"Kim and team had taken excellent care of Flora during my last overseas trip.
Since our first conversation through the app, I felt they are passionate about dogs and have lots of experience with pet sitter services. Two weeks before boarding, we had a meet and greet session at their place to make sure Flora was comfortable with the environment and all family members. They allowed her to explore their place while we had a nice chat with tea together.
During Flora’s homestay, I received from them photos, tips for further training, and constant updates on her well being.
A particular situation was that her food was out of stock in Singapore before my trip. I was so worried that Flora couldn’t adapt to the new brand, but they kindly offered to visit pet stores and look for it. Although the food was still out of stock, they kindly got some cans from their friends which avoided stomach issues to Flora. They also gave her a shower before I picked her up, so she came back home smelling really good.
After check out, they also sent me a complete boarding summary rating topics that all dog owners are worried about: meals, exercise, sleep, toilet training, discipline, hand signals training, separation anxiety, illnesses.
So far, Flora has been to 5+ families for dog boarding and I can rest assure they were the best. They are thoughtful, responsible, responsive and extremely kind people. I strongly recommend their service for dog owners who wants to travel with piece of mind. I will definitely check their availability on my next trip :)

"Coby stayed over at their place for one night. Clarabel and her husband took care of Coby like their own. We felt comforted knowing that Coby is in good hands. They have their own dog & it was good because we wanted Coby to learn to socialise with other dogs. Clarabel also gave a lot of updates on Coby and pictures too! 💯"

"I had a wonderful experience with Weilin looking after Luna. From the start, it was clear they had a natural affinity with dogs. Luna immediately warmed up to them, and I received regular updates and photos showing how happy and well-cared-for Luna was.

"Angela's awesome! I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have found Angela to look after our Cavapoo. There are dog sitters... and then there's that special someone like Angela who not only loves dogs, is passionate about them, and genuinely cares and does her best to look after your furbaby.
From the meet and greet, I could tell how she has a gift with animals, and is able to manage them with ease and love, and also be firm with them when needed. The house is also very very clean, neat and odourless.
I appreciated the regular updates and ease of communications, and her good nature meant that the entire process was very smooth and pleasant.
My furbaby came back happy and well taken care of, and I certainly would highly recommend Angela to anyone who is looking for a dog sitter or something to board your precious doggy with!!"

"Our dog Olaf is the only ‘furkid’ we have at home so we are worry about her being able to get along with resident dog while we are away. Our mind was immediately put to ease when we met Yuko & Coconut. Yuko is a caring and loving dog lover who is organise and pay attention to details. Coconut is a friendly and kind dog who is the most ideal ‘play paw’ for Olaf. Olaf had a great staycation bonding with Yuko, her family and Coconut. "Thank you for the wonderful home away from home!
It was the first time for my dog to be away from home ever in his life. I was nervous and I couldn’t show that to my kids as they were freaking out and worried if something bad might happen to him.
When we met Evangelyn, all that went away in sn instant. We were relived and reassured. She was friendly and understanding of our worries and super sweet to our dog. I knew immediately my dog would be in good hands!
Indeed for one month in summer, Evangelyn took care of my dog like her own. She communicated with pictures and comments. She took my dog out, and had so fun together! She was more than just a boarder for my dog but my dogs caretaker and a friend!
If my dog could talk I’m sure he would say he loved being with Evangelyn. I’m 110% sure this won’t be the last time I’ll be sending my dog to her.

"It was our first time sending our 9 months old pup for boarding. We were anxious about how he would settle down in the new temporary arrangement, but that anxiety dissipated after we first met Carlartion. She and her spouse welcomed our pup warmly. The room was spacious and kept clean. We decided to leave our pup with them. He stayed there for a good 10 days and we needed a day’s extension due to a last minute change in our travel plans. Carlartian was accommodating. Throughout our pup’s stay Carlartian gave us updates every day along with photos and videos. Very reliable, friendly and warm.
