"We are so grateful we had Priscilla to take care of our beloved cat while we were away. From start to finish, she was professional, kind, and incredibly attentive — exactly what you want in a pet sitter.
What truly stood out was how diligent she was with communication. She sent us daily updates every single day, complete with photos and notes about how our cat was doing. It was so reassuring to see him happy and comfortable, even though we were miles away. She clearly loves animals and takes her role as a pet sitter very seriously.
She followed all of our instructions carefully, kept the litter box clean, made sure he had fresh food and water, and spent quality time playing with him. When we returned home, our cat was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for — no signs of stress at all.
We can’t thank Priscilla enough for her kindness and professionalism, and we’ll definitely ask her for support again.

"This is our first time to engage a pet sitter. And I must say that we are extremely happy with Felicia’s pet-sitting service during our two-week December holiday. She was very responsive, reliable and updates us everyday on the furbabies video. She also able to follow all our request carefully. "Felicia was very attentive to the medical and dietry needs of my cat. She made cleaning, feeding and medicating my cat a stress free experience! She also goes beyond what was asked and suggests how the environment could be made better for my cat, for eg leaving a light on for it at night.
