"I hired her while I was traveling, and she did a good job taking care of my cat. She was kind and sent me videos of my cat during her visits, which I appreciated. There was one instance when my cat vomited shortly after eating. Even though she had finished her work for the day, she kindly came back to feed my cat again. Overall, I was satisfied with her service and would recommend her to others looking for a pet sitter."

"Hana was absolutely wonderful, literally couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter. She was extremely attentive and very observant. She would notice the smallest shifts or changes and let me know asap and she’d always offer potential solutions for me too! I think she’s probably the best pet sitter i’ve hired on this platform. My cat Jamal absolutely loved her as well. Hana was so gentle and i can tell that she’s a genuine animal lover. Her care and the way she handled my cat was just above and beyond. I am DEFINITELY going to contact her again when i’m out of town. Hana is just a genuinely nice person, not just to animals! 100/100 would recommend!!! The absolute best. "

"Mr Hans is the kind of cat sitter you want to book over and over again. From the meet & greet to the assignment of taking care of your pets, he was always committed and professional to stay attentive to my furry pets. He always sent great photos and videos updates when he was taking care of my pets.
The kids warmed up to him fast and his natural parental instincts and love for cats really helped to ensure my pets resonate with him well with trust and connection. He was very responsible to ensure the kids stay entertained with catch play and he would also ensure the environment stayed clean for the kids whilst you are away.

"MING IS THE BEST CAT SITTER AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER TO ANY CAT OWNER! I read all her wonderful reviews on Pawshake and decided to reach out to her and I must say, the reviews are completely accurate! I was stressed and worried about finding a reliable cat sitter for my recent 2 week trip. Ming gave me an absolute peace of mind to travel as I knew my cats were well taken care of. Ming is a genuine animal lover and both my cats love her (even my grumpy senior cat)! Ming is knowledgeable regarding cat behaviour, diets and even medical conditions. She is very observant and will pick up and highlight abnormal symptoms (e.g. drinking more water, vomiting etc) to me. She kept my home very clean and also went above and beyond to help wash a rug which my cat vomited on and also laid a protective plastic sheet on the bed after my cat vomited on the duvet. Ming sends regularly daily updates (photos and videos) and is very responsive with messages. Ming is my forever go to cat sitter from now on and my cats and I are very grateful for her! She is dearly missed by both my cats! "

When Percy unexpectedly became ill, Lizzi acted quickly and responsibly, keeping me informed throughout and making sure he received the attention he needed.
Not only did she handle the situation calmly and professionally, but she also visited Percy far more often than she was booked for—at no extra charge—just to make sure he was comfortable and well looked after. It was clear from the updates (and from Percy’s affection for her!) that he absolutely adores her.

"We are so grateful we had Priscilla to take care of our beloved cat while we were away. From start to finish, she was professional, kind, and incredibly attentive — exactly what you want in a pet sitter.
What truly stood out was how diligent she was with communication. She sent us daily updates every single day, complete with photos and notes about how our cat was doing. It was so reassuring to see him happy and comfortable, even though we were miles away. She clearly loves animals and takes her role as a pet sitter very seriously.
She followed all of our instructions carefully, kept the litter box clean, made sure he had fresh food and water, and spent quality time playing with him. When we returned home, our cat was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for — no signs of stress at all.
We can’t thank Priscilla enough for her kindness and professionalism, and we’ll definitely ask her for support again.

"I’d highly recommend Phoebe as a cat sitter. She cared for my cat Coco for 10 days cumulatively and showed genuine concern for Coco’s wellbeing. Phoebe truly went above and beyond. When Coco wasn’t feeling well at first, Phoebe offered to visit twice a day voluntarily for several days to watch over her, play with her, and serve fresh wet food. Thanks to her attentive care, Coco quickly recovered. The videos Phoebe sent also made it clear that Coco formed a close bond with her and enjoyed Phoebe’s company.

"Edith is a wonderful cat sitter!
One of our cats is quite sociable, whilst the other two are a bit more shy (even with us)! Edith won them all over very quickly so I think the disruption of us being away was minimal - leading to much less worry for me whilst being away for important family matters.
I had a feeling she was the perfect sitter available for our situation. And I was not wrong!
In addition she was punctual - important for my cats particular feeding needs, detail oriented and proactive without me having to explain everything, and really helpful to go along with our specific requests needed for our bunch. She was a keen observer of all of them and kept us posted 2x day. I felt really reassured that they were in her care and it all felt really easy.
When we came back they were just fine as if we had been taking care of them as usual!
