"Carter home sat for our cat and dog while we were on holiday. He was very proactive with walking the dog 3x a day even while it was raining. He sent us videos of our pets & we saw that they instantly trusted him and warmed up to him. Carter was extremely communicative & conscientious. Our home was tidy and neat upon our return. He helped us collect our parcels & took care of our plants. We will definitely ask Carter for help with our pets again & highly recommend him! "

"Engaged Cindy to house sit and my cats seemed relaxed under her care. I like it that she is patient with the lengthy and detailed guide I swarmed her on my cats’ feedings etc. One of my cats required medications just before I left for my trip and I’m so thankful that Cindy was up to the challenge! She also followed various instructions well. The only improvement I can think of is probably more daily pics and videos of my cats or her interactions with them, but I can also understand she was likely hands tight. Overall, very happy with her! Thank you Cindy!"

"We couldn’t be happier with the care Amy and Jan provided while looking after our girl and our home. From the outset, their communication was excellent. We received regular updates and lovely photos, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. "Amelia housesat for us for two weeks. Our cats, one of which is usually very timid, settled in with her immediately and were well taken care of. Amelia was very communicative, kept us up to date with their antics, and took good care of the apartment. The place was left spotless and we arrived home to happy cats and clean sheets on the bed - bliss after a long flight!"

"I felt assured that my furbaby was in good hands with Hilda, which it vital when you are away from home.
Hilda was friendly, communicated often and well, she was accommodating of our needs, she kept up Charlie's routine and was caring, giving him the attention he needed.

"We could not have wished for a better experience. She did everything for our dogs. She was with them for a week and a half, and our dogs definitely were sad to see her go. When anything came up, she was right there taking care of it (had an unplanned vet visit in the middle). She kept in constant communication and we always knew how our dogs were doing.

"This was my first time using a petsitter and Sandra was absolutely fantastic. She was very easy to communicate with, relaxed and attentive to detail. She made our Golden Retriever Meiji feel relaxed and happy. We got home to a very settled and happy dog.

"Cheryl was extremely patient throughout the process. She came over for a meet up before the day of sitting our six month old Golden Retriever puppy. Since we were away, she spoke with us over video call and came across as polite and warm. On the day she was sharing regular updates about our puppy's schedule. We were completely stress free despite being away, since we were confident our puppy was in responsible hands. We could tell from the videos, that she quite enjoyed spending the day with Cheryl. We were lucky to find Cheryl available when we needed sitting for our puppy and will definitely reach out to Cheryl the next time!"
