"As someone who had to engage a pet sitter for the first time, I was anxious about leaving my cats with another caretaker. Thankfully, getting to know Faith eased my worries. When I first contacted Faith, she arranged a meet-and-greet, which I truly appreciated. She visited my flat to familiarise herself with my cats and their environment. Faith also reassured me by offering tips and advice on ensuring a smooth pet-sitting process while being flexible enough to accommodate my needs and requirements.
When it came to pet-sitting, Faith met my expectations. She took excellent care of the cats and their needs, providing up-to-date photographs and videos of them and their food bowls. She also interacted with my cats and left the flat clean. Her visits were regular and consistent around the same time, helping my cats adjust to the temporary routine. Although one of my cats was shy, Faith was patient and made efforts to ensure she ate and was comfortable.
Overall, my experience with Faith has been pleasant. I am confident about leaving my cats with her in the future and recommend her to anyone considering hiring a pet sitter for the first time. "First thing I did when I returned from my trip: Write Danielle a good review because it’s really the least I could do! Words cannot describe how grateful we are to Danielle. It is our first time engaging a cat sitter, and we were concerned both about the cats and the house. I sent her a PDF full of instructions and Danielle had no problem following it, even providing a pic for every step she did. I have 2 cats and one of them can be quite hissy/fiesty, but Danielle managed to bond with her by the second day and even got to clean her face! She also sent so many cute photos and videos of my cats. The best part was returning to a clean house after 4 days because Danielle vacuumed the floor. Both my cats looked happy and relaxed, I really couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter. We will engage Danielle in a heartbeat, thank you so so so much! "

"Sudir and Thulasi exceeded our expectations when we booked them for home visits during our time on vacation. Our 2 cats warmed to them straight away during the meet and greet, so we knew they would be in good hands. Communication was excellent and we received daily photos/videos which really put our minds at ease while we were away. We will definitely be booking them again in the future."

"Mark was very responsive to enquiries and had made arrangements to meet up Skuggi before the booking date. When they first met, Skuggi was incredibly comfortable with Mark and both interacted well. Mark took good care of Skuggi during the booking period and sent detailed updates frequently. Mark was able to give Skuggi his medication without issue during the visit too. "Durga connected well with my two cats from the start. She also administered daily oral medication (an additional work to mix crashed pill into wet food) and an inhaler for my asthmatic cat, which gave me real peace of mind.
During a medical emergency, she acted quickly, help to arrange an appointment and personally brought my cat to the animal hospital. She also put in the extra time, stayed behind during this period and helped with the communication between me and the vet. After that, she continued managing aftercare, including oral meds, close monitoring, and recovery support.
I’m very grateful for her calm handling of a stressful situation and her efforts and time provided for my pets' wellbeing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and capable cat sitter. Thanks Durga!!"

"Kari is a super awesome pet caretaker. She possesses a genuine love for the animals and it shows vividly thru her daily interactions with my 2 huskies (via WhatsApp videos/photos). Kari is also quick to alert me to 'unusual' behaviours of my doggies to seek timely clarifications/follow-up actions. This is much appreciated. She also has the daunting task of 'displacing' the giant poo of my 2 huskies to another corner of the garden as 'natural recyclable fertiliser '. She did so without any grouchy complaints. "Lynne was incredibly friendly and responsible throughout the cat-sitting period. She kept us well updated and took beautiful photos of our cats, which we really appreciated. She excelled in caring for them, and even in managing tension between two of them. When we came home, we could tell the cats were happy even during our absence.
