"We have been using PawShake for several years now. Being frequent travellers, we have engaged the services of several catsitters via the app. There have been good catsitters but many have fallen short of what we had hoped would be the care we needed for our cats.
Then, we had the wonderful luck of meeting Ellie who in every way is the epitome of a great catsitter. There was brilliant communication throughout, and she is wondrously skilled in engaging with our cats to play and eat well. Our cats tend to have separation anxiety but Ellie bonded with them well and in turn, assured us of their wellbeing. We have never been fully assured to leave our cats in anyone’s care.
Ellie has kept our house intact, the floors were clean and there is no cat litter or fur seen when we came home. After an 8-hour flight, there was no better feeling knowing that there was not much clean up to do for the house.
Indefinitely, we will continue to engage Ellie’s services for our future travels and highly recommend other fur parents to do so as well!"

"Alissa was a superb pet sitter. She constantly updated me on my pet's wellbeing, and tried her best to factor in playtime for them, on top of the things she was tasked with. She even sent videos of herself feeding my cat medicine. She sent many pictures and videos of my cats, which allowed me to breathe while being so far from them. Thanks to her, I felt at ease knowing my cats were fully cared for. "

Reefa’s easygoing and understanding nature makes it effortless to trust her, and the way she bonds so well with our cats is truly heartwarming. The daily video updates she provides are a huge comfort, allowing us to see how well our fur babies are doing.
Recently, we changed their litter box to an open-concept one, and as expected, the tofu litter would scatter around when the boys sprinted out. "First time to engage Pawshake and already like it. Lea is great, friendly and I love her from the first time we chat. She is understanding, easy to liaise with, and most importantly, she cares for my cat! One of the days, I saw from CCTV of what it looked like a pool of vomit on the floor and so I texted Lea to help me checked on it, if Indie (my cat) had threw out fur balls. Her respond was swift and she even volunteered to come earlier that scheduled to check on Indie. What can I say? She is great! Thank you so much Lea, for your help!!"

"Wen Xin and her husband was very responsible and reliable in caring for my cat. Initially, I had some health scare abt my cat just before I left and Wen Xin helped to follow up on it closely and even offering to bring him to the vet if needed. She also accommodated my last min request to change to two visits! Wen Xin take good care of my cat by playing with him and through the multiple videos and photos sent I can see my cat was very at ease with her presence and was well taken care of! Highly recommended if you need a sitter that will love your cat like their own! ✨✨✨"

"Bev has been an absolute godsend for me and my cats. She took exceptional care of them while I was on holiday, paying close attention to every detail I left for her. She was especially attentive to my cat with polycystic kidney disease, patiently administering daily subcutaneous fluids, oral medications, and coaxing him to eat each time.
Bev is reliable, trustworthy, and truly dedicated — I’ve engaged her repeatedly without a single worry.
