"Jo has been the most fantastic pet sitter for my cat, she is attentive and proactive to his needs and bonded so well with him, which is amazing because my cat is extremely shy and do not take strangers well. She sent me updates regularly and went the extra mile to help water my plant, bringing in my parcels, even cleaned up my bin and my cat's eating area because he's such a messy eater. "Cherie gave meticulous written updates together with lots of photo updates. She even gave updates for our cats Maddie and Maddox , even though they were not in her job scope. She was very caring and tender towards Baxter cleaning his eyes, feeding him his snacks and making sure that he goes to the toilet. Despite mentioning that she‘ll spread herself too thin to fit Baxter in, even at her own detriment, she managed to stay for 7 hrs during the 2nd pet sitting. When it comes to the pets, she is truly a committed and dedicated pet sitter."

"We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Yvonne. She is incredibly professional and knowledgeable about feline care, and while she may look young, she is genuinely experienced at cat sitting—which immediately put our minds at ease. Beyond her expertise, she is wonderfully kind and friendly, making her a pleasure to work with.
The most telling sign of her skill was how quickly our cat, Bailey, took to her—Bailey was comfortable with Yvonne from the first moment they met.
The care provided was top-notch. Yvonne not only kept Bailey happy and fed, but also took the time to check on her health by monitoring the litter box (poo and pee) and ensuring the area around the food bowls was always kept clean. This meticulous attention to detail truly shows her dedication.
We were also so appreciative of her kindness; she offered to water our indoor plants while we were away, a helpful gesture that shows her willingness to go above and beyond in her care role.
We returned to a happy and healthy cat. We highly recommend Yvonne and will definitely be rebooking!"

"We had such a great experience with Sha caring for our cats, Noah and Sushi. Throughout our trip, she sent us daily updates with photos and videos, which really helped us feel at ease. Sushi requires twice-daily medication, and Sha handled this gently and patiently every single time. She also spent time grooming and playing with them, and even brought along her own toys and treats — which our cats absolutely loved.
We are so grateful to have returned to an immaculate home and two healthy, happy cats.
One of the days, Noah had a panting episode after sitting inside the plastic door cover while meowing for us near the bedroom. Sha noticed it right away, recorded a video, calmed him down, and updated us. When we later realised the plastic cover was the cause of the panting, she came back almost immediately to remove it — even though it wasn’t during her scheduled visit. That level of attentiveness and care meant so much to us.
Sha also offered to water our plants, which we appreciated — she noticed and helped without being asked. 💛
On our first night back home, we saw both Noah and Sushi waiting by the front door together — probably wondering why Sha didn’t come by again. That alone says everything about how safe, comfortable, and loved they felt under her care.
Sha definitely deserves more than 5 stars. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, thoughtful, and genuinely kind pet sitter who goes above and beyond. 💛"
