"Shan was absolutely amazing in taking care of my 16-year-old Cavapoo while I was away. At this age, my dog requires extra patience, attention, and gentle care, and Shan exceeded all expectations.
She was incredibly responsible, caring, and attentive throughout the entire time — making sure walks were comfortable, routines were followed closely, and my dog felt safe and loved at home. I could genuinely tell that Shan has a real love for animals, especially senior dogs.
On top of that, Shan also helped to take care of my 3 cats, even though she initially did not have prior experience with cats. What impressed me most was her willingness to learn, adapt, and put in the effort to care for them properly. She took the initiative to help clear their litter, spend time playing with them, and ensure they were comfortable and well looked after too.
What gave me the most peace of mind was the regular updates and the way all my pets looked so calm and happy under her care. It’s not easy trusting someone with elderly pets and multiple animals at home, but Shan handled everything with professionalism, warmth, patience, and kindness.
Highly recommend Shan to anyone looking for a trustworthy, dependable, and genuinely compassionate pet sitter. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of my furry family members!"

"Daniel was a great fit for us. Our cats are very shy but he was extremely patient with them. He took special care to come and visit them before the sitting period and noted down their requirements in detail. During the pet sitting time, he would take special care to spend time with them and make them feel comfortable around him. He communicated with us constantly and let us know in detail how the pets were doing. He also shared reports on Pawshake which also helped us a lot.
Daniel is extremely patient, conscientious and communicative. We would trust our pets with him again."

"Wei is an extraordinary cat sitter and an exceptional person. Our cat took to Wei straight away. Communication was a pleasure and great photos and videos plentiful. Wei sat for our cat for 16 days including the Christmas and New Year period. Wei went beyond the call of duty to ensure Dolly had unbroken attention at this time as well as an uninterrupted supply of her favourite food! I would highly recommend Wei. "Delia and her partner took wonderful care of our cat, Luna, while we were away. They were gentle, patient, and clearly took the time to understand her needs and personality. Luna became so comfortable with them that she was happily doing tricks in exchange for treats!

"We are so fortunate to find Mulia. We have a very shy, old cat, who normally would never open to a stranger. But Mulia managed to gain her trust and to open her heart, and at the end, our cat would wait for her at the door and cuddle with Mulia the same way as with us.
