She is very focused on getting tasks done correctly at the same time she showed great empathy towards my dog with visual impairment and anxiety. My home was really well taken care of and safely secured every time she left. "Erica was accomodating and really good with my pup. She met me and Zeus the evening before to understand a bit more and to get acquainted with Zeus. "Lilian has been superb! she is very attentive to my puppy. she monitors my puppy's poop as she was having diarrhoea the morning i was leaving SG and keeps me well informed of anything i need to take note of. she gives me loads of advice as i am a first-time pawrent. she went above and beyond and told my mum to call her if my pup was not feeling well at night and she could help to bring my pup to the vet.
Overall, i am super satisfied with Lilian and would definitely engage her again if i am going overseas again.
My pup was whining when she had to leave. 😢 "
