"Mark was very responsive to enquiries and had made arrangements to meet up Skuggi before the booking date. When they first met, Skuggi was incredibly comfortable with Mark and both interacted well. Mark took good care of Skuggi during the booking period and sent detailed updates frequently. Mark was able to give Skuggi his medication without issue during the visit too. "First thing I did when I returned from my trip: Write Danielle a good review because it’s really the least I could do! Words cannot describe how grateful we are to Danielle. It is our first time engaging a cat sitter, and we were concerned both about the cats and the house. I sent her a PDF full of instructions and Danielle had no problem following it, even providing a pic for every step she did. I have 2 cats and one of them can be quite hissy/fiesty, but Danielle managed to bond with her by the second day and even got to clean her face! She also sent so many cute photos and videos of my cats. The best part was returning to a clean house after 4 days because Danielle vacuumed the floor. Both my cats looked happy and relaxed, I really couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter. We will engage Danielle in a heartbeat, thank you so so so much! "

"Yukiko-san was a wonderful and caring cat sitter, she took care my cat with kindness, I see she even brushed the cat (we did not tell her to do so, but she saw the cat has a lot of fur fall and send me a message to check before doing that), she tried different ways to play with the cat and encouraged her to exercise. The most important thing is Yukiko-san is very punctual which is important for me, I want my cat to feel so hungry. I definitely book her again next time. Thank you so much, Yukiko-san. "

"Zac and his wife Vanny were wonderful cat sitters!
I needed a cat sitter last minute as I had to go away on a business trip. They responded to my request quickly, and came by for a meet and greet. My two kitties (usually shy) took to them both quite quickly. I also felt very comfortable with them and knew I could trust them to care for my kitties while I was away.
They were both very communicative, and followed instructions exactly. They sent lots of photos and videos, and spent more time to play with the kitties. They even took the initiative to help remove some “artwork” one of the cats made (the kitties love destroying cardboard boxes). I returned home to two relaxed and happy kitties. I would be more than happy to ask them to cat sit for me again in future!

"Vijay recently took care of my two cats, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the very beginning, communication was fantastic – prompt and responsive. I received thoughtful updates, photos, little notes that gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. He even shared observations on their behaviour, mood and body language. That kind of attention and keen eye was a first for me! Even when he came in to meet my cats they went to him promptly and were comfortably curious, including my generally shy and skittish one. One of my cats requires daily medication, and it was such a relief knowing it was handled with care and consistency.
Both my kitties looked so happy, comfortable, and well-cared-for when I returned – it was clear they had been given not just the essentials, but also real attention and affection. Finding someone you can truly trust with your pets is priceless, and I feel lucky to have found such a genuine sitter. "Kasturi looked after my 2 cats while I was on a short trip for 5 days and she did an amazing job! I always get a bit anxious leaving my cats when I go on a trip, but just meeting Kasturi for the first time quickly dispelled any anxieties. She was so kind and personable. My two cats instantly clicked with her and really seemed to enjoy having her around.
