"Duang is excellent. Recently I had a business trip and I got Duang to manage all the medications etc for my 17-year-old dong. He needs a few meds every day and getting them into him is not easy. On one of the nights, whilst I was away, Wang fell sick and I messaged Duang if she could go and get some meds into him. She woke up and rushed to our place and looked after Wang Wang and stayed with him for a long time. When I called her she said, " He will be better before you are back." And that built my trust and faith in her. She is going to be a great vet who understands the importance of not just treatment but also care ."

She kept me updated regularly and even shared videos of his daily routines. "Ai Tong has been such a great help to us during our recent trip! I was already sold from the meet-and-greet session — my dogs, who can be a little too friendly at times, didn’t intimidate her one bit. She stayed calm, took notes on what to do and look out for, and even asked thoughtful questions to make sure she understood everything from our sharing.
Since it was our first time engaging external help for their meals, we started with breakfast visits while we were away. Every morning, she updated us on how the dogs were doing. When they messed up the pee pad area, she cleaned it up nicely and left the space spotless. The dogs clearly enjoyed her company too — you can tell they felt comfortable and happy around her.
We’ll definitely recommend her service, and she’ll be our go-to again the next time we travel!
