"I engaged Regina for 2x a day visit for a few days for my cat. Regina is an excellent cat sitter. She is able to follow my detailed instructions as my cat has some medical needs, from feeding food, clearing litter box, to looking out for any abnormalities in stool/vomits. My cat got along very well with her and had no issues with adjustments. Regina is overall communicative, responsive, and gave detailed reports for every single visit. All in all, I'd highly recommend her service. "

"Delia and her partner took wonderful care of our cat, Luna, while we were away. They were gentle, patient, and clearly took the time to understand her needs and personality. Luna became so comfortable with them that she was happily doing tricks in exchange for treats!
They were neat and tidy, cleaned the litter tray, and spent time playing with Luna. We especially appreciated the daily updates, clear communication, and lovely photos, which gave us great peace of mind.
Both of them were friendly, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with. We are very grateful for the excellent care they provided and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and caring pet sitters."

"I had a great, seamless experience with Andrea! From the initial booking, to briefing and actual cat sitting, the communication was always great. She provided so many cute photos and videos during and after each visit, it gave us a peace of mind whilst we were away. She was excellent in each step of the care - from feeding, cleaning, and playing with our cat, to helping with some light housekeeping needs like the aircon and dehumidifier. On top of that, she creates very cute videos after each visit! I would not hesitate to request for Andrea's assistance again in future."

"I had an amazing experience with Diyana as my pet sitter while I was away in the USA. She took care of my two British Shorthairs, Cottons and Cushions, for a week, and I couldn't have asked for a more reliable and thoughtful caretaker.
Not only did she handle all the essential tasks—like feeding them wet food, clearing their litter, and ensuring they were comfortable—but she also readily took on ad-hoc requests, such as resetting my pet cam. She went above and beyond by sending me daily updates with comprehensive pictures and videos, which gave me great peace of mind.
What truly sets Diyana apart is how much she genuinely engaged with my cats. She played with them extensively, ensuring they were happy and entertained, rather than just doing the bare minimum. "Sylvia is friendly, attentive and follow instruction very well.
There is no issue at all having her taking care of my 2 kittens and 1 adult cat while I am away for vacation for a week.
Though my adult cat is shy, but the two kittens do enjoy her company.
She updated me daily whenever she dropped by.

"Shaun will be the third pet sitter I hired for my very senior cat, Nafu. The first pet sitter wasn’t the most responsive though I did retain his services for 3 engagements. I discontinued because he ran into financial difficulties and asked me to buy a package deal. The second was God send, responsive but preferred to come in the night time. He disappeared and was not contactable I was trying to engage him this round, despite taking a deposit from a previous cancelled engagement.
Shaun responded to my call after the first two turned down. He was responsive and sent me daily updates, and he also chose to come before 6 pm which is my preferred timing. The cat also developed more endearment to him, mid-way through the engagement. Overall, I would recommend Shaun as a responsible pet sitter and he would tell you what he did for the day, together with a photo update.

"Nina is a perfect dog and house sitter. She just finished up an extended house / dog sitting stay at my landed house. She gave regular updates and photos of the dogs, just enough to know they were safe and taken care of, but not too many to be overbearing. I have 2 older, but still medium energy, big dogs and she had no problems with their walks (twice a day) and meds. She is also very flexible with scheduling.
I felt completely comfortable with her in my house. She even asked before bringing a friend over for a movie night (which of course was a yes).
I arrived home after nearly two weeks to a completely clean, well kept house and two happy, healthy dogs (and plants).
My only hesitation recommending Nina is that she might be busy with another client next time I need to travel. :) I will 100% be reaching out to her again.
