"Lyra is an amazing sitter. She is very communicative, kind, responsible, and sensible. This was the first time I left my two cats alone for more than 2 weeks. Initially, I was very worried, but after a few days, I felt completely at ease because I knew Lyra was taking very good care of my babies. My older one is a very shy cat. He came out of his cave after one week, and I could see he was very happy to be around Lyra. My little one is a cheeky and playful cat and he totally loved Lyra from day 1.
Lyra had made sure my cats were happy and she paid attention to their different personalities. She also sent me daily photos and videos and answered my questions. If I ever go away again, I will definitely ask Lyra to take care of my cats. She is the best and I can fully recommend her to any cat owners. "

"Hana was absolutely wonderful, literally couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter. She was extremely attentive and very observant. She would notice the smallest shifts or changes and let me know asap and she’d always offer potential solutions for me too! I think she’s probably the best pet sitter i’ve hired on this platform. My cat Jamal absolutely loved her as well. Hana was so gentle and i can tell that she’s a genuine animal lover. Her care and the way she handled my cat was just above and beyond. I am DEFINITELY going to contact her again when i’m out of town. Hana is just a genuinely nice person, not just to animals! 100/100 would recommend!!! The absolute best. "

"I was a 1st timer leaving my cat for a 2 week holiday, needless to say I was worried. However, having Riz as my cat sitter had given me a peace of mind. Riz is responsive, meticulous, dependable, punctual and hard working cat sitter. My family and I were so glad to have Riz as our cat sitter to take care of our 6 month old kitten. "Kia Qi has been an amazing cat sitter for Smokey! She is incredibly patient, genuinely loves cats, and always goes above and beyond. She never just drops by to feed and leave—instead, she spends extra time playing and keeping Smokey company, which gives me so much peace of mind when I’m away.
One of my favorite things is that she always shares lots of adorable photos and fun videos of Smokey, so I never feel like I’m missing out. It’s obvious that she truly cares about every cat she looks after and treats them like her own.

"Geraldine is a godsend! I went on a trip for almost a month during mid December to mid January (approx.). I was very nervous about this trip because I have never been away for so long from my 3 fur babies (all cats). Right from the first meet and greet session, Geraldine impressed me as a responsible and knowledgeable pet sitter who gets along naturally with animals. While I was away, she took care of my cats as if they were her own. She even spoiled them more rotten than I’ve ever had with heaps of treats, playtime, pets and snuggles, which is much much needed and appreciated when I couldn’t do it myself. She remembered all my cats’ preferences of treats and toys by heart and made sure that they’re well taken care of and happy. She quickly won over the hearts (and tummies) of my 2 more sociable cats and became their new bestie. As for my super shy (and anti social) one, Geraldine took the time to gave her treats and tried to play with her in her hiding places (under the bed and store room shelves). My cute but anti social girl eventually came out to eat while Geraldine was around (but I’m quite sure she was “looking away” at that moment -haha). Animals are much more instinctive than human and they know who they can trust. Judging from the response of my 3 fur babies, I’m sure I’ve found the right person for them! In all her visits, she sent me heaps of photos and videos of my cats, which I always watched with both a smile on my face and tears in my eyes, knowing that they were happy and loved in my absence. Geraldine is an amazing pet sitter whom I’ll highly recommend to all of you here. She will always be our (me and fur babies) most preferred and only pet sitter!!"

What I appreciated the most was her detailed updates when unexpected situations arose. She kept me well informed, allowing us to respond together rather than feeling helpless from a distance.
To be honest, it took me a long time to trust a pet sitter again. For years, I avoided leaving my cat in anyone else’s care, even skipping trips with my family. A past experience made me realize that no matter how much someone loves animals, experience matters far more when it comes to pet sitting. That’s why I chose Cathy. Her experience with senior cats, especially administering IV fluids, was a key factor in my decision.
Cats are sensitive creatures, and no matter how well-prepared we are, there are always risks when leaving them in someone else’s care. But Cathy handled everything with professionalism and care, and I am incredibly grateful for that. Once I find someone I trust, I prefer to stick with them—and I can confidently say that Cathy has earned that trust.

"My wife and I were grateful for Germaine to be our cat sitter. She provided many photos and videos daily, letting us feel safe for our cats.
We were initially concerned that our location might be far from her, but that was not an issue.
She helps to clear the litter box, play with the cats, feed them patiently and even help to water the plants.

"Five stars across all fronts for Val! She is attentive to the cats and would observe their appetite & pee/poo, then update us daily! She understands this is a key indicator to their well being which is most important while we were away for weeks. Val would also try to engage the cats. Offering to brush their fur and play with them. She also keeps the house very neat and tidy. The cat toilets were spotless! We have been so lucky to find Val to take care of Coco & Mochi. "Yukiko-san was a wonderful and caring cat sitter, she took care my cat with kindness, I see she even brushed the cat (we did not tell her to do so, but she saw the cat has a lot of fur fall and send me a message to check before doing that), she tried different ways to play with the cat and encouraged her to exercise. The most important thing is Yukiko-san is very punctual which is important for me, I want my cat to feel so hungry. I definitely book her again next time. Thank you so much, Yukiko-san. "
