"Lyra is an amazing sitter. She is very communicative, kind, responsible, and sensible. This was the first time I left my two cats alone for more than 2 weeks. Initially, I was very worried, but after a few days, I felt completely at ease because I knew Lyra was taking very good care of my babies. My older one is a very shy cat. He came out of his cave after one week, and I could see he was very happy to be around Lyra. My little one is a cheeky and playful cat and he totally loved Lyra from day 1.
Lyra had made sure my cats were happy and she paid attention to their different personalities. She also sent me daily photos and videos and answered my questions. If I ever go away again, I will definitely ask Lyra to take care of my cats. She is the best and I can fully recommend her to any cat owners. "

"Hao Yang looked after my 2 cats for 1 week while I was traveling. My 2 cats arenβt getting along but one of them is very clingy and the other very scared of strangers. Hao Yang managed to get along with the two, sending me videos and pics daily and ensuring they were well taken care (litters and bowls changed, feeding time and cuddling, brushing, playing time for each individually π). He was particularly dedicated and made sure the cats didnβt miss anything. Very happy to had him taking care of Smokey and Bubble, will definitely ask for his services again for my future travellings ! Thanks Hao Yang !"

"Having Hykell over to care for our 2 pets while we were travelling was a great experience for us.
Although it was his first time on Pawshake he was superb!
He made us feel comfortable when we met with him before our travel and it was reassuring to know that Hykell understands Cats and their behaviour well since he has more than a few of his own : )
While we were away travelling Hykell would share multiple videos, pictures, also got into difficult spots where our cats hide while video-calling us which helped us be at peace knowing that they were doing fine.
During one of his visits, our cat had messed up the area outside the littler box.
Hykell was kind enough to clean up the whole space. He did beyond what was expected of him. He was thoughtful to water our plants and cleaned up our entire home so we could arrive at a clean house. All this without us asking for it.
Would love to get Hykell to sit our cats again in the future and highly recommend his services to others so they can have an equally good experience.

"Erica was accomodating and really good with my pup. She met me and Zeus the evening before to understand a bit more and to get acquainted with Zeus. She took care of him when I was away and made extra effort to brush him, cleaned his ears and applied medication for him. Definitely will recommend Erica! "

"Was great having Wayne around to care for my 3 furkids and fish. He came twice and day, and cleaned up after them (1 of my dogs puked and had massive diarrhoea cause of the kibbles we gave her). He was very accommodating, and would constantly update us. "

"This is my 1st time trying out a home cat sitter .
Lala is absolutely a delicated person in taking care Of my 3 cats while im was away for few days. Make me have a peace of mind. She will follow instructions of what i had told her. And my cats are very comfortable with her which is not easy as my cats are quite playful but shy when comes to strangers. And will provided pic n videos to update me my cats while im away . We are happy with her job. We highly recommend.

"Bart took care of our Giorgio and Armani for 2 weeks while we were in Europe and he was great. We booked him for 2 visits a day and he sent us lots of pics and video. "Wen was such a big help for us during our vacation. She took care of our cat with love, as if he is her pet.
She spent time with our cat much longer than I asked and she also quickly replied our messages so we had no worries at all. She sent us many pictures and videos of our cat in each visit so we enjoyed watching it too.
She also visited us beforehand so it was easy for us to explain her what to do.
We will definitely ask her next time too."
