"We are so grateful we had Priscilla to take care of our beloved cat while we were away. From start to finish, she was professional, kind, and incredibly attentive — exactly what you want in a pet sitter.
What truly stood out was how diligent she was with communication. She sent us daily updates every single day, complete with photos and notes about how our cat was doing. It was so reassuring to see him happy and comfortable, even though we were miles away. She clearly loves animals and takes her role as a pet sitter very seriously.
She followed all of our instructions carefully, kept the litter box clean, made sure he had fresh food and water, and spent quality time playing with him. When we returned home, our cat was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for — no signs of stress at all.
We can’t thank Priscilla enough for her kindness and professionalism, and we’ll definitely ask her for support again.

"We were beyond pleased with the cat sitting service Nicole and Emily provided for our two furbabies while we were away. This was our first time using cat sitters, but we quickly realized we had nothing to worry about. Obviously cat lovers themselves, Nicole and Emily were extremely professional, caring and conscientious, and took the time to understand the cats’ schedule/habits/etc. We were able to enjoy our trip knowing our two cats were in the best of hands. They made sure to not only feed the cats, take care of the litterbox; they also played and actively interacted with our cats (who accepted them very quickly, although normally quite wary of strangers). They sent us much appreciated daily updates with photos and videos. We would 100% recommend them and will definitely be asking them to cat sit again when we have trips planned. "

"Ruby has become our designated cat sitter. She is the only one who can handle our cats. One of our cats is a feisty and territorial beast. We received reports of hissing and swiping, which resulted in several sitters quitting on us. Ruby has a very good understanding of cat behaviors. "We engaged Fely's cat sitting services for 5 days. This was our first time engaging such services for our cats, Coco and Oreo, so we were pretty nervous how they would take to it and if there was anything we needed to arrange for but Fely was very reassuring and asked all the necessary questions (i.e. what to feed, how much, where to place their food bowls, where to dispose of leftover food waste etc) so she would know how to handle the cats while we were away.
While we were away, Fely kept us updated with pictures and videos everytime she came to see the cats and always stayed long enough so the cats wouldn't be lonely.
When we came back, we expected the cats to be extra sticky but were glad to see they seemed like their usual selves. We will definitely engage her services again in the future! "
