"My pup, Mochi had a great time with Jean. Jean managed to teach him a trick during the pet sitting session! She is very diligent - she dropped in to meet Mochi and ask appropriate questions to make sure that she understands Mochi before the actual pet sitting day and of course regular updates with photos.
I am also very grateful that she is accommodating.

"Bam is such a responsible cat sitter. It’s my first time to have a cat sitter to take care of my 2 cats while I was traveling. Bam was so responsive to my requests. After sending a request in pawshake, she immediately contacted me and scheduled an informal meet with me. This really impressed me and showed me her enthusiasm at this request. We had a very great talk with each other during the informal meet and shared a lot about being cat mama. During the visits to my home, she always sent me updates about my cats every visit, which again gained my trusts in her. In addition to feeding and cat littering, she also spent a great deal of time playing with my cats. She also shared a lot of her experiences in terms of medical knowledge and also did researches herself about the medical conditions of my cats. She is even more experienced than me as an owner. So lucky to have Bam as my kitty companion while I was away."

"Lilian has been superb! she is very attentive to my puppy. she monitors my puppy's poop as she was having diarrhoea the morning i was leaving SG and keeps me well informed of anything i need to take note of. she gives me loads of advice as i am a first-time pawrent. she went above and beyond and told my mum to call her if my pup was not feeling well at night and she could help to bring my pup to the vet.
Overall, i am super satisfied with Lilian and would definitely engage her again if i am going overseas again.
My pup was whining when she had to leave. 😢 "

Melanie showed that she really cared about my dog and cats by asking the right questions and making sure everything is covered. It is really assuring to have her helping out with the fur babies, because she communicates effectively and clearly, and also provide consistent updates.
As I am travelling and might not always be on the phone, Melanie is also independent and able to handle situations well (such as when my dog refused to eat when I'm not around) and is clearly an experience animal caregiver. "

"I hired Junying to be Jessie and James's pet-sitter for 2 days while i had to travel for work. Ying was professional, punctual and responsive with my queries regarding my cats. Before engaging her, she was happy to meet up with me to understand more about my cats, my needs and my expectations. JY updated me everyday by sending photos of them and letting me know they were doing OK. Additionally, she followed my instructions for Jessie and James such as food and snack portioning, wiping of dirty fur, etc. I'm happy with her attention to detail and professionalism. Will definitely book Junying again for my next trip as she's a reliable, friendly and caring pet sitter. :)"

"Rohini is a very good sitter. At the meet and greet session Rohini shows interest and ask many questions about how to manage my cat. I can see that she's willing and interested to do whatever that can make my cat happy. She's full of smile and really very caring towards my cat. She also play with my cat and this makes my cat get acquainted and comfortable with her quickly. She makes an effort to send me updates regularly about my cat and photos. Thus I am not worried about the well-being of my cat during my holiday. I will sure to book her again in future and will not hesitate to recommend her to others. No regrets for sure!!
