She sent pictures and even videos every day and was very attentive about our cat Ming! She spent quality time with him and took good care of him.

"Having Hykell over to care for our 2 pets while we were travelling was a great experience for us.
Although it was his first time on Pawshake he was superb!
He made us feel comfortable when we met with him before our travel and it was reassuring to know that Hykell understands Cats and their behaviour well since he has more than a few of his own : )
While we were away travelling Hykell would share multiple videos, pictures, also got into difficult spots where our cats hide while video-calling us which helped us be at peace knowing that they were doing fine.
During one of his visits, our cat had messed up the area outside the littler box.
Hykell was kind enough to clean up the whole space. He did beyond what was expected of him. He was thoughtful to water our plants and cleaned up our entire home so we could arrive at a clean house. All this without us asking for it.
Would love to get Hykell to sit our cats again in the future and highly recommend his services to others so they can have an equally good experience.

"Erica was accomodating and really good with my pup. She met me and Zeus the evening before to understand a bit more and to get acquainted with Zeus. She took care of him when I was away and made extra effort to brush him, cleaned his ears and applied medication for him. Definitely will recommend Erica! "

"Was great having Wayne around to care for my 3 furkids and fish. He came twice and day, and cleaned up after them (1 of my dogs puked and had massive diarrhoea cause of the kibbles we gave her). He was very accommodating, and would constantly update us. "

"Carter was really fantastic with Maple! He was very organised with food, walks and playtime while watching her for a few days. She was always excited to see him! "Lilian has been superb! she is very attentive to my puppy. she monitors my puppy's poop as she was having diarrhoea the morning i was leaving SG and keeps me well informed of anything i need to take note of. she gives me loads of advice as i am a first-time pawrent. she went above and beyond and told my mum to call her if my pup was not feeling well at night and she could help to bring my pup to the vet.
Overall, i am super satisfied with Lilian and would definitely engage her again if i am going overseas again.
My pup was whining when she had to leave. 😢 "
