Nelson did an amazing job looking after our two cats. This was first time leaving our cats since adopting them. We had amazing updates and communication with Nelson and our pets were happy. Nelson goes above and beyond taking care of our cats. He’s very caring, helped organised and attended vet visit when our cat got sudden health issues, can easily administrate medication, he loves cats and can follow any cat needs. I can’t thank him enough! 100% recommend and I hope when we go away in the future we are able to book with him again! "

"Alex is a fantastic, attentive, and caring doggie sitter/companion to my 2 huskies during my 6-day presence. She texted me regularly to update me on their status, especially their appetite. Clearly, they didn't miss me and still ate like a bull. Photos and a video were also attached to her update to give me peace of mind. I also appreciate the fact that she took them out for a walk; which she didn't have to. Lastly, I am heartened that she took note of the rusty leash on one of my huskies as well as a rusty pole near the feeding area. Overall, I am very happy with her service and will not hesitate to engage her to doggie-sit my huskies again when the need arises again. Thank you. "

"Jack recently helped to pay home visits for our Singapore Special while we were away over the weekend and he was great! He understood our dog's temperament who like most SS is a bit skittish in nature and treated him well. Jack also gave us updates after every feed and walk so that we would be assured our dog was doing alright without us. Overall Jack was very nice and easy to work with and very reliable. Highly recommend! "
