"As it was our first time engaging a cat sitter, we were certainly very nervous about leaving our beloved cat to someone else. However, the moment Shermaine entered our door during the meet and greet, she has shown us nothing but sincerity, enthusiasm and a great love and respect for animals. More importantly Shermaine was also meticulous and had paid great attention to detail to make sure she could deliver what we need in the most professional manner ever. Not surprisingly ,our furbaby opened up to her on the 2nd visit and we could tell from the videos and updates that he is very well cared for and loving every moment she was with him. We are beyond grateful for her and counting our blessings that we could find someone like her to care for her cat, which is more than we could ever ask for. ❤️

"Bam is such a responsible cat sitter. It’s my first time to have a cat sitter to take care of my 2 cats while I was traveling. Bam was so responsive to my requests. After sending a request in pawshake, she immediately contacted me and scheduled an informal meet with me. This really impressed me and showed me her enthusiasm at this request. We had a very great talk with each other during the informal meet and shared a lot about being cat mama. During the visits to my home, she always sent me updates about my cats every visit, which again gained my trusts in her. In addition to feeding and cat littering, she also spent a great deal of time playing with my cats. She also shared a lot of her experiences in terms of medical knowledge and also did researches herself about the medical conditions of my cats. She is even more experienced than me as an owner. So lucky to have Bam as my kitty companion while I was away."

"Angel took such good care of my senior cat. Even though he is anxious and fearful of strangers, she was fine with coming in every day, feeding him and changing his litter. She always managed to capture a shot from his hiding spots too. Will definitely call her again as I felt so safe on my trip with her taking care of Tigger! :)"

"Dione exhibited genuine concerns right at the start even before the decision to engage her was made. She asked relevant questions that turned out to be of great help in preparation of the checklists on the caregiving. Dione paid attention to every details that was given to her. Melanie showed that she really cared about my dog and cats by asking the right questions and making sure everything is covered. It is really assuring to have her helping out with the fur babies, because she communicates effectively and clearly, and also provide consistent updates.
As I am travelling and might not always be on the phone, Melanie is also independent and able to handle situations well (such as when my dog refused to eat when I'm not around) and is clearly an experience animal caregiver. "

"Rohini is a very good sitter. At the meet and greet session Rohini shows interest and ask many questions about how to manage my cat. I can see that she's willing and interested to do whatever that can make my cat happy. She's full of smile and really very caring towards my cat. She also play with my cat and this makes my cat get acquainted and comfortable with her quickly. She makes an effort to send me updates regularly about my cat and photos. Thus I am not worried about the well-being of my cat during my holiday. I will sure to book her again in future and will not hesitate to recommend her to others. No regrets for sure!!
