"This is our first time to engage a pet sitter. And I must say that we are extremely happy with Felicia’s pet-sitting service during our two-week December holiday. She was very responsive, reliable and updates us everyday on the furbabies video. She also able to follow all our request carefully. Most importantly, she was genuinely caring and attentive to all our cats, making sure each one received proper care and attention. "We are so grateful we had Priscilla to take care of our beloved cat while we were away. From start to finish, she was professional, kind, and incredibly attentive — exactly what you want in a pet sitter.
What truly stood out was how diligent she was with communication. She sent us daily updates every single day, complete with photos and notes about how our cat was doing. It was so reassuring to see him happy and comfortable, even though we were miles away. She clearly loves animals and takes her role as a pet sitter very seriously.
She followed all of our instructions carefully, kept the litter box clean, made sure he had fresh food and water, and spent quality time playing with him. When we returned home, our cat was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for — no signs of stress at all.
We can’t thank Priscilla enough for her kindness and professionalism, and we’ll definitely ask her for support again.

"Rui De was a fantastic cat sitter. He came before i left to make sure he understood everything he needed to and planned out the requirments really well. everyday he updated me on my cat and provided some photos. He commincated really well with me. I would highly recommend Rui De to look after any pet, he was really great while i was away. I think my cat now prefers him!"

"Rebecca did a wonderful job looking after my cat for 6 days. My cat is super unsociable and avoids all interaction with strangers, so it was challenging to establish a connection, yet Rebecca persevered and was very gentle and understanding of all my cat's idiosyncrasies. She also cared for my plants so well that they ended up in better condition than they were before we went away!
