All pet owners need to stick with an experienced sitter who can work through issues and provide solutions. Our pets are everything to us, and they need someone reliable and know what to do even when we're not around. Ming was that someone to us.
Bear with me - this is a long review as I can't put my entire great experience in a few sentences.
My 3 cats have vastly different personalities and needs. One is a scaredy cat who needs daily medication, but would hide under the bed for hours upon seeing a stranger in his home. The other is a sociable but super needy cat who would scream and throw up if not given enough attention or the right food. The third is a sweetheart but needs consistent pets and love.
Right off the bat, Ming was able to bond with them even on the first visit. I knew she was the right sitter when I saw her sitting beside my scaredy cat (who was under the bed), facing away, hand extended to let him smell her at his own pace. He warmed up to her like no one else, and even eventually allowed her to feed him his medication (which was unprecedented).
Her knowledge on cats is super impressive. I usually think of myself as a cat guru, having had 5 cats and excessive Googling habits over my lifetime, but Ming had years of experience and hundreds of cat-clients that gave her knowledge that was much more useful in real-life. Example - she could see that one of my cats didn't like to eat a specific food, so she sourced multiple other types of food from her other clients and did a mini-food-trial for me WHILE I WAS ON HOLIDAYS. I don't know how to explain how amazing that is. I came back from my holidays and Ming sat me down and went through all the new food and picked out which ones my cat liked.
Her attention to detail - I am a very detail-oriented person. I like lists so much that I created around 8 cards with lists of things that my cats need, and instead of calling me crazy, Ming took care of EVERYTHING. My cat water filter, my auto-litterbox, which cat toys to leave out, etc, was all done to my cats' liking.
Keeping me updated - Ming sent so many photos and updates each time she was at my place, and I felt so reassured that my cats were taken care of. If she saw something out of place, she would handle it or ask me about it, and it made me feel like I was leaving my cats with family rather than someone new. I usually spend my holidays checking my indoor cams to make sure my cats were well, but when Ming was here, I didn't feel any need to do so.
I'd 100% book Ming again for my holidays over the next 10 years.
The only downside to getting Ming in - I think my cats' expectations are raised and I have to buck up to make sure they still like me. 😂"

"Geraldine is a godsend! I went on a trip for almost a month during mid December to mid January (approx.). I was very nervous about this trip because I have never been away for so long from my 3 fur babies (all cats). Right from the first meet and greet session, Geraldine impressed me as a responsible and knowledgeable pet sitter who gets along naturally with animals. While I was away, she took care of my cats as if they were her own. She even spoiled them more rotten than I’ve ever had with heaps of treats, playtime, pets and snuggles, which is much much needed and appreciated when I couldn’t do it myself. She remembered all my cats’ preferences of treats and toys by heart and made sure that they’re well taken care of and happy. She quickly won over the hearts (and tummies) of my 2 more sociable cats and became their new bestie. As for my super shy (and anti social) one, Geraldine took the time to gave her treats and tried to play with her in her hiding places (under the bed and store room shelves). My cute but anti social girl eventually came out to eat while Geraldine was around (but I’m quite sure she was “looking away” at that moment -haha). Animals are much more instinctive than human and they know who they can trust. Judging from the response of my 3 fur babies, I’m sure I’ve found the right person for them! In all her visits, she sent me heaps of photos and videos of my cats, which I always watched with both a smile on my face and tears in my eyes, knowing that they were happy and loved in my absence. Geraldine is an amazing pet sitter whom I’ll highly recommend to all of you here. She will always be our (me and fur babies) most preferred and only pet sitter!!"

"I’d highly recommend Phoebe as a cat sitter. She cared for my cat Coco for 10 days cumulatively and showed genuine concern for Coco’s wellbeing. Phoebe truly went above and beyond. When Coco wasn’t feeling well at first, Phoebe offered to visit twice a day voluntarily for several days to watch over her, play with her, and serve fresh wet food. Thanks to her attentive care, Coco quickly recovered. The videos Phoebe sent also made it clear that Coco formed a close bond with her and enjoyed Phoebe’s company.

"Five stars across all fronts for Val! She is attentive to the cats and would observe their appetite & pee/poo, then update us daily! She understands this is a key indicator to their well being which is most important while we were away for weeks. Val would also try to engage the cats. Offering to brush their fur and play with them. She also keeps the house very neat and tidy. The cat toilets were spotless! We have been so lucky to find Val to take care of Coco & Mochi. "Yukiko-san was a wonderful and caring cat sitter, she took care my cat with kindness, I see she even brushed the cat (we did not tell her to do so, but she saw the cat has a lot of fur fall and send me a message to check before doing that), she tried different ways to play with the cat and encouraged her to exercise. "I engaged Regina for 2x a day visit for a few days for my cat. Regina is an excellent cat sitter. She is able to follow my detailed instructions as my cat has some medical needs, from feeding food, clearing litter box, to looking out for any abnormalities in stool/vomits. My cat got along very well with her and had no issues with adjustments. Regina is overall communicative, responsive, and gave detailed reports for every single visit. All in all, I'd highly recommend her service. "
