"Denise is by far one of the best pet sitters that I’ve come across. She kept me updated with videos of feeding and interacting with my cat for every visit.
And my cat seems to look for attention from Denise, too after eating, asking to be pet and happy to be petted and pampered by her.
Since the portion of the wet food needs some adjustments as my cat’s appetite fluctuates, Denise is patient and flexible in her approach on a daily basis. We had an open line of communication daily during the visit.
She will be my top go-to pet sitter, and I would highly recommend Denise to take care of your fur kid."

"Katrina is super responsible! Right before we left, we noticed one of our cats had a skin issue and needed ointment applied every other day. We quickly reached out to Katrina and sent her a video explaining how to do it. At first, we were a little worried, since every cat has its own personality, that they might not cooperate or even resist a stranger. But Katrina was so patient! She’d first bond with the cat, play with him, and only apply the ointment once the cat feels comfortable. That made our trip so much more relaxing!
Plus, Katrina spent a long time every day playing with our cats, you could tell they absolutely loved her! And on top of that, she’s an amazing photographer and send us many adorable pics. My wife and I were love it so much!
If we ever need a cat sitter again, we’re 100% calling Katrina. Highly recommend her services!"

"Lyra is an amazing sitter. She is very communicative, kind, responsible, and sensible. This was the first time I left my two cats alone for more than 2 weeks. Initially, I was very worried, but after a few days, I felt completely at ease because I knew Lyra was taking very good care of my babies. My older one is a very shy cat. He came out of his cave after one week, and I could see he was very happy to be around Lyra. My little one is a cheeky and playful cat and he totally loved Lyra from day 1.
Lyra had made sure my cats were happy and she paid attention to their different personalities. She also sent me daily photos and videos and answered my questions. If I ever go away again, I will definitely ask Lyra to take care of my cats. She is the best and I can fully recommend her to any cat owners. "

"Definitely my go-to sitter for my cat now! Had to go a holiday while my cat was recovering from a bout of sickness and I was a nervous wreck. But Zarah really took great care of Lychee, gave her lotsa cuddles, helped me to settle and clean up mishaps, and provided just enough videos and pics to put me at ease.

"Due to unexpected circumstances, we had to find a catsitter a few days before our trip, and we are very fortunate that Yuyu can take up our last-minute request. 🥹 Yuyu is friendly and able to cater to our catsitting requirements, including spending more time accompanying our needy cat Miu Miu. As Yuyu also has 3 cats, she understands the psychology and behaviours of cats well and gave our other 2 introverted cats space when they were still wary of her during the initial stage. "I’m truly grateful for Cathy’s service. It was exactly what I had hoped for, and her ability to handle unexpected situations gave me great confidence in her. Without a doubt, I would use her service again.
What I appreciated the most was her detailed updates when unexpected situations arose. She kept me well informed, allowing us to respond together rather than feeling helpless from a distance.

"I engaged Regina for 2x a day visit for a few days for my cat. Regina is an excellent cat sitter. She is able to follow my detailed instructions as my cat has some medical needs, from feeding food, clearing litter box, to looking out for any abnormalities in stool/vomits. My cat got along very well with her and had no issues with adjustments. Regina is overall communicative, responsive, and gave detailed reports for every single visit. "Vijay recently took care of my two cats, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the very beginning, communication was fantastic – prompt and responsive. I received thoughtful updates, photos, little notes that gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. He even shared observations on their behaviour, mood and body language. That kind of attention and keen eye was a first for me! Even when he came in to meet my cats they went to him promptly and were comfortably curious, including my generally shy and skittish one. One of my cats requires daily medication, and it was such a relief knowing it was handled with care and consistency.
Both my kitties looked so happy, comfortable, and well-cared-for when I returned – it was clear they had been given not just the essentials, but also real attention and affection. Finding someone you can truly trust with your pets is priceless, and I feel lucky to have found such a genuine sitter. "Zac and his wife Vanny were wonderful cat sitters!
I needed a cat sitter last minute as I had to go away on a business trip. They responded to my request quickly, and came by for a meet and greet. My two kitties (usually shy) took to them both quite quickly. I also felt very comfortable with them and knew I could trust them to care for my kitties while I was away.
They were both very communicative, and followed instructions exactly. They sent lots of photos and videos, and spent more time to play with the kitties. They even took the initiative to help remove some “artwork” one of the cats made (the kitties love destroying cardboard boxes). I returned home to two relaxed and happy kitties. I would be more than happy to ask them to cat sit for me again in future!
