"Katrina is super responsible! Right before we left, we noticed one of our cats had a skin issue and needed ointment applied every other day. We quickly reached out to Katrina and sent her a video explaining how to do it. At first, we were a little worried, since every cat has its own personality, that they might not cooperate or even resist a stranger. But Katrina was so patient! She’d first bond with the cat, play with him, and only apply the ointment once the cat feels comfortable. That made our trip so much more relaxing!
Plus, Katrina spent a long time every day playing with our cats, you could tell they absolutely loved her! And on top of that, she’s an amazing photographer and send us many adorable pics. My wife and I were love it so much!
If we ever need a cat sitter again, we’re 100% calling Katrina. Highly recommend her services!"

"Lyra is an amazing sitter. She is very communicative, kind, responsible, and sensible. This was the first time I left my two cats alone for more than 2 weeks. Initially, I was very worried, but after a few days, I felt completely at ease because I knew Lyra was taking very good care of my babies. My older one is a very shy cat. He came out of his cave after one week, and I could see he was very happy to be around Lyra. My little one is a cheeky and playful cat and he totally loved Lyra from day 1.
Lyra had made sure my cats were happy and she paid attention to their different personalities. She also sent me daily photos and videos and answered my questions. If I ever go away again, I will definitely ask Lyra to take care of my cats. She is the best and I can fully recommend her to any cat owners. "

"Definitely my go-to sitter for my cat now! Had to go a holiday while my cat was recovering from a bout of sickness and I was a nervous wreck. But Zarah really took great care of Lychee, gave her lotsa cuddles, helped me to settle and clean up mishaps, and provided just enough videos and pics to put me at ease.

"I engaged Regina for 2x a day visit for a few days for my cat. Regina is an excellent cat sitter. She is able to follow my detailed instructions as my cat has some medical needs, from feeding food, clearing litter box, to looking out for any abnormalities in stool/vomits. My cat got along very well with her and had no issues with adjustments. Regina is overall communicative, responsive, and gave detailed reports for every single visit. "I’m truly grateful for Cathy’s service. It was exactly what I had hoped for, and her ability to handle unexpected situations gave me great confidence in her. Without a doubt, I would use her service again.
What I appreciated the most was her detailed updates when unexpected situations arose. She kept me well informed, allowing us to respond together rather than feeling helpless from a distance.
To be honest, it took me a long time to trust a pet sitter again. For years, I avoided leaving my cat in anyone else’s care, even skipping trips with my family. A past experience made me realize that no matter how much someone loves animals, experience matters far more when it comes to pet sitting. That’s why I chose Cathy. Her experience with senior cats, especially administering IV fluids, was a key factor in my decision.
Cats are sensitive creatures, and no matter how well-prepared we are, there are always risks when leaving them in someone else’s care. But Cathy handled everything with professionalism and care, and I am incredibly grateful for that. "Zac and his wife Vanny were wonderful cat sitters!
I needed a cat sitter last minute as I had to go away on a business trip. They responded to my request quickly, and came by for a meet and greet. My two kitties (usually shy) took to them both quite quickly. I also felt very comfortable with them and knew I could trust them to care for my kitties while I was away.
They were both very communicative, and followed instructions exactly. They sent lots of photos and videos, and spent more time to play with the kitties. They even took the initiative to help remove some “artwork” one of the cats made (the kitties love destroying cardboard boxes). I returned home to two relaxed and happy kitties. I would be more than happy to ask them to cat sit for me again in future!

"Was wonderful to have Lee Khim take care of my 2 kitties, for 2 daily visits while I was away. She is so dedicated and had such genuine concern for my babies. Khim noticed that one of them was missing me and suggested for me to have video calls to reassure my cat, and also tried to comfort my kitty as best as she could.
