"Tina was excellent from start to end. Very responsive to my enquiry, and paid attention to every detail of the job before starting, from my cat’s main meals, to her snacks, to playtime. It helped a lot that Tina is also an experienced pet owner herself, and was a great bonus she understood plants too, and when they needed water (or not). She also helped to keep the cat’s eating space clean and tidy. Absolutely 10/10 and would book Tina again, you can be 100% reassured your pet will be in excellent hands."

"Nich is an absolute gem of a catsitter. I left my beloved cat, Maki, in her care while I was overseas, and I couldn't have made a better choice. She provided Maki with exceptional love and attention, making sure she felt safe and comfortable in her own home.
Nich went above and beyond with daily updates, adorable photos, and even videos, which helped ease my worries. It was clear that Maki adored her! Coming home to a happy, healthy cat was the best welcome back. I wholeheartedly recommend Nich to any cat owner seeking a reliable and caring sitter.

"Geraldine is a godsend! I went on a trip for almost a month during mid December to mid January (approx.). I was very nervous about this trip because I have never been away for so long from my 3 fur babies (all cats). Right from the first meet and greet session, Geraldine impressed me as a responsible and knowledgeable pet sitter who gets along naturally with animals. While I was away, she took care of my cats as if they were her own. She even spoiled them more rotten than I’ve ever had with heaps of treats, playtime, pets and snuggles, which is much much needed and appreciated when I couldn’t do it myself. She remembered all my cats’ preferences of treats and toys by heart and made sure that they’re well taken care of and happy. She quickly won over the hearts (and tummies) of my 2 more sociable cats and became their new bestie. As for my super shy (and anti social) one, Geraldine took the time to gave her treats and tried to play with her in her hiding places (under the bed and store room shelves). My cute but anti social girl eventually came out to eat while Geraldine was around (but I’m quite sure she was “looking away” at that moment -haha). Animals are much more instinctive than human and they know who they can trust. Judging from the response of my 3 fur babies, I’m sure I’ve found the right person for them! In all her visits, she sent me heaps of photos and videos of my cats, which I always watched with both a smile on my face and tears in my eyes, knowing that they were happy and loved in my absence. Geraldine is an amazing pet sitter whom I’ll highly recommend to all of you here. She will always be our (me and fur babies) most preferred and only pet sitter!!"

"I had an amazing experience with Diyana as my pet sitter while I was away in the USA. She took care of my two British Shorthairs, Cottons and Cushions, for a week, and I couldn't have asked for a more reliable and thoughtful caretaker.
Not only did she handle all the essential tasks—like feeding them wet food, clearing their litter, and ensuring they were comfortable—but she also readily took on ad-hoc requests, such as resetting my pet cam. She went above and beyond by sending me daily updates with comprehensive pictures and videos, which gave me great peace of mind.
What truly sets Diyana apart is how much she genuinely engaged with my cats. She played with them extensively, ensuring they were happy and entertained, rather than just doing the bare minimum. "Was wonderful to have Lee Khim take care of my 2 kitties, for 2 daily visits while I was away. She is so dedicated and had such genuine concern for my babies. Khim noticed that one of them was missing me and suggested for me to have video calls to reassure my cat, and also tried to comfort my kitty as best as she could. She gave me detailed (and amusing) updates every visit on their eating, pooping, behaviour etc with videos and pics :) Appreciate her concern, dependability and upbeat energy. "My wife and I were grateful for Germaine to be our cat sitter. She provided many photos and videos daily, letting us feel safe for our cats.
We were initially concerned that our location might be far from her, but that was not an issue.
She helps to clear the litter box, play with the cats, feed them patiently and even help to water the plants.

"This was my first time engaging a cat sitter on Pawshake and I was not sure what to expect.
Thankfully Vera did a good job with my fur babies, who aren’t the easiest at times. One of them routinely did her poo everywhere and refused to eat her food but Vera was very patient with her and helped cleaned up the mess. She also updated me daily and sent me photos and videos.
One of the days when she had more time, she even helped to vacuum my place.
I would highly recommend Vera as a responsible cat sitter and would definitely engage her services again .

"Cheryl is an absolute godsend! It was our first time using a cat sitter, so we had quite a few worries initially. Cheryl put our minds completely at ease with how responsible, attentive, and reliable she was. She followed all of our specific instructions carefully and even helped with extra tasks, like watering our heavy plants on certain days, leaving certain doors open on different times of the day (list of special requests) without any reminders 🥹
