"Tina was an excellent caretaker for our cat while we were away for five weeks. She is conscientious, very caring, and responsive. Unfortunately the day we left, our cat got sick and we couldn’t bring him to the vet. Tina handled the visit with the utmost care and professionalism, reliably administering his medication routine throughout our time away. We will definitely look to hire her again in the future. Highly recommend her! "

"Ai Tong has been such a great help to us during our recent trip! I was already sold from the meet-and-greet session — my dogs, who can be a little too friendly at times, didn’t intimidate her one bit. She stayed calm, took notes on what to do and look out for, and even asked thoughtful questions to make sure she understood everything from our sharing.
Since it was our first time engaging external help for their meals, we started with breakfast visits while we were away. Every morning, she updated us on how the dogs were doing. When they messed up the pee pad area, she cleaned it up nicely and left the space spotless. The dogs clearly enjoyed her company too — you can tell they felt comfortable and happy around her.
We’ll definitely recommend her service, and she’ll be our go-to again the next time we travel!

"Zhi Quan and Zi Huan did a great job ensuring that my 3 cats were cared for well while we were away for 2 weeks. They sent lots of pictures and videos as well as updates on their behaviours. "Have used Vanille for my old and moody cat 2 times now. The cat doesn’t make friends easy however Vanille was able to get her to come to her and pet her and brush her too. "Chewy was having one of her difficult mornings. She gets hind leg stiffness on some morning since her injury. That day, she needed a little extra patience and care when Andi was around.
Andi handled it beautifully. She was calm and laid close attention to chewy. She fed, took on a walk and cleaned up.
I would definitely recommend Andi and would book her again! "
