"Had to make a last minute booking and Edvarcl was very accommodating. Offered to treat him to a meal as a thank you, but he actually refused as he didn’t want to leave Ollie alone, which I really appreciated. Saw how he conducts his walks as well, and he was very alert and careful. He also alerted me that Ollie’s poops have been a bit concerning — again, above and beyond. Ollie seems to really like him, and it’s clear Ed treats him like his own. Ollie has run of the whole house, so I know he’ll have as much attention as he wants.
I was quite lucky that Ed was able to accommodate me at the last minute. He really does only look after one pet at a time (or at most, multiple pets but from the same owner), so I’d recommend booking early if you can to secure your dates. Overall, I think it’s great value and still much preferred to sitters who handle multiple pets."

"I cannot recommend Qian enough! She went above and beyond while caring for our pets during our overseas trip. Not only did she take great initiative in adjusting the food requirements to suit our pets’ needs, but she also handled a very challenging situation with incredible patience and dedication.
Our pets are elderly and accustomed to an unconventional way of relieving themselves on newspapers, which can create a strong stench and be quite inconvenient to manage. Despite this, she willingly took on the task of clearing the soiled papers every visit, something that truly exceeded our expectations.
What impressed us most was her professionalism and attention to detail. She sent pictures before and after every visit, giving us complete peace of mind and assurance that everything was well taken care of. She was responsive, accommodating, and fulfilled all our requests without hesitation.

"Duang is excellent. Recently I had a business trip and I got Duang to manage all the medications etc for my 17-year-old dong. He needs a few meds every day and getting them into him is not easy. On one of the nights, whilst I was away, Wang fell sick and I messaged Duang if she could go and get some meds into him. She woke up and rushed to our place and looked after Wang Wang and stayed with him for a long time. When I called her she said, " He will be better before you are back." "Without Desiree, my trip would not have been possible. I knew after meeting her that she was someone I could trust, not just with my cat but also with my home. She read the notes I prepared ahead of time and listened attentively to my needs and concerns, and even took down her own notes.
While on my trip she took great care of my cat, quickly earning her trust and love, and also sent me many messages and photos which helped me rest easy the whole week. I was very worried at first but as every day passed, Desiree helped to comfort both my cat and me and before I knew it, it was time to go home. I can tell she really loves animals and my cat took quickly took a liking to her as well. Would definitely engage her again and highly recommend her to anyone!"
